      Erik & Heather were extremely helpful and accommodating. I made an appointment for the wrong day and they were still able to help me add my husband to an account in less than an hour. Erik followed up with my husband and helped us later in the day via email, he reset our passwords and made sure we were taken care of. Thank you both for everything.

      Does not acknowledge 🏳️‍🌈 marriages. HEATHER personally closed our account right before we received our tax return, so now we’ll have to wait god knows how long to track down our funds and recover them. All because they didn’t notice that my wife and I are married so they started a useless investigation into my account. DONT GO HERE

      5-stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for this banks customer service. Customer Service at this bank is great. No complaints about the service. My 1-star review is mainly an issue with US Bank’s system charging $36 over draft fees daily. I went from $57.98 to —$406.67 in 3 days because of one item. that’s $349 in US Bank over draft charges alone. when I called customer service they were absolutely no help at all. I went into the branch and the branch manager removed one fee, i appreciate him for that. Just know US Bank’s system is not like any other bank, it consistently charges you before you know your account is negative from their fees, just google US Bank customer complaints about fees and you will find millions of people complaining about this and considering it as ripping off their customers. It’s like an infinite $36 over draft fee. It never stops. There system doesn’t update on weekends so beware of that as well, even if you bring your account up to date before the weekend is over by Monday, on Tuesday or Wednesday your account will be negative from the system catching up on $36 over draft charges. I changed my review to 2-stars shortly after because US bank promptly responded to my review. I’m telling you the employees have the best service. (Thank you Kim for the prompt response).

      Terrible customer service. One teller in particular Erika was rude to me and refused to help me after I expressed concern about her handling of a situation during a transcation. Update: I already spoke to customer service and they said they would advise the manager. Do you know what the manager did... nothing!

      Be careful coming to this bank. As a matter of fact, don't come to this bank AT ALL!! THEY GIVE COUNTERFEIT BILLS!!! I had to file a police report against them regarding this. I didn't check my bills before leaving because it's a bank! You trust them to give you real money, don't you?? I can't believe this, honestly. I'm just trying to warn you all. Either avoid this bank all together or TRIPLE check them when they give you actual cash in hand

      Don’t trust their ATM. Deposited 15 checks and machine only credited 9 and with much less amount obviously!!!! Reported it but they still have to do an INVESTIGATION!!!!

      Bad attitude, not able to help you or answer a question Elsie Maity was rude and not helpful she just told me I’m telling you we hold the check and I don’t know why and she keep doing the OMG in between teeth. Isn’t that there job to know their rules and regulations to answer your questions

      I would give it a ZERO star if I could. This location has only ONE ATM machine that RARELY works!! I regretted opening a checking account here!
