  Unbelievable. I needed to do a wire transfer and they would not help me. I got a new ID and the DMV punched holes in my old one so they would not take it even though I verified my identity with my debit card. I showed them 10+ alternative forms of ID as well. I have been with Bank of America for 18 years and I’m a platinum preferred member. I have a closing on a property at 2:30 and no other way to do a wire that fast. This is unacceptable.

  Customer service is not about your wait. Disney Land has the highest rated customer service, you wait in line there FOREVER! The services that these associates give is amazing, even thought they hear you wait in line making rude comments, like it’s their fault. They deal with the cards they are given. You have mulitple ways to depoist, withdrawal, or transfer your money without stepping foot inside the bank. It’s 2018, get with the program people... Good luck.

  Every time I come to this location the customer service gets worse and worse. One teller on a Friday and Im the 8th person in line. Took me almost 40 minutes to deposit a check. If this doesn't change I am moving my 2 business accounts and personal account to a different bank.

  This location bas a very poorly designed drive-up area for the dropbox. By moving the mail boxes to the straight area, it would make it unnecessary to open the door of the car just to drop your mail into box. The service inside is ok.

  1 employee "working," 4 employees surfing the web at their desk. 30 mins in line for a depsoit. We ll be refinancing our business loan w another bank next year.

  Anybody reading this. Go bank at a union. Fixing to do this. Have lost so much money and gone through so much hardship just from banking with this bank alone. Do yourself a favor.
