  Everyone is a receptionist transferring to another department with an endless loop of "sorry, I can't help you." For 3 months and 15 phone calls, Not an isolated case. I talked with at least 10 different people. The couple of people who supposedly can help are always on vacation and don't return calls. The Franklin Synergy merger was a fiasco. Website and account issues for months. When my contract job goes permanent, I'll be moving my mortgage and banking to Wilson Bank. I should've done it in 2019

  We always have a great experience when working with First Bank. Whether it be our operational accounts or construction loans, they are always available to assist with any of our needs. In turn, we are able to recommend them as a 'first stop' for our customers for their construction loan needs as well.

  FirstBank Mortgage is absolutely amazing! The entire team made my first time home buying experience way less stressful than anticipated! The entire team was great but a huge shout out goes to Matthew Stump! He worked every angle and option out for me to see what worked best! I thank all of you!!

  I chose FirstBank for my mortgage loan. Brandon and his team offered outstanding service throughout the process. We were having our home built and our contractor had a lot of delays and was 3 months behind on our build. Brandon and his team were able to lock in my rate although rates were increasing. I also want to give Penny extra recognition because she went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we were paying for. She kept in contact with me throughout all the delays and frustrations we were experiencing.

  I’ve been banking with fb for a little over 2 years now and can’t say enough good things about them. They gave me a loan to get my house when no one else would and for that I’ll do all my banking with them for life.

  First Bank is a disaster. I've been trying to resolve payments with their mortgage department since October and still receive collections threats when on forbearance. No one returns calls and the mortgage department is always on vacation. I'll be at Wilson Bank in a few months.

  First Bank is FIRST RATE! I moved my account to this local gem last year after 30+ years of impersonal service from a large national bank. I wish I had made the move sooner!!!   As a small business owner, we love first bank. Great service and great products. But first bank really shines with their people. When we were starting out in Murfreesboro we needed some extra help moving into a new home and starting our business. They excelled where the other banks could not help us. It was like friends listening and doing all they could to help. And they did. I believe we are much further along than we would have been because of their support.
