  This establishment used the pandemic as an opportunity to steal my gun. We were under a stay home initiative so I called to see if I should come to ma k e a payment or if i could pay extra on the fee to get it out of pawn on the first, when I get my disability check. He said I could wait and get it on the first.I said, "are you sure?"..he said "yes". Well later on when I went to get my gun..the manager lady told me my gun has been sold. The employee on duty should have looked at my account more closely but there was nothing she could do. Then the manager wouldn't give me contact information for the owner. Their employee's mistake caused me to take a big loss. The manager doesn't care and no compensation was made at all. This is not an honest business!

  Hey Nancy. So sorry for the evident communication error here. It looks like your last renewal was on March 6th. I assume the communication error came in when you said you would be in on the 1st. We believed that to have meant April 1st. As we did not see you that day, we waited three additional weeks and then foreclosed on your item. When you came in in May, we could not longer supply you with the pawn as it had been sold. Again, we apologize for the misunderstanding and wish it could have worked out differently. We tried to help all of our customers keep there items safe by offering payments over the phone if they did not wish to come in as we are all trying to navigate these unprecedented times.   I called today and spoke with Quentin about a revolver listed on gunbroker. Even with with the shop full of people I could hear in the background, he was courteous and took time to answer my questions fully. He was also very honest about the the concerns I had with the listing. Seems like helpful, honest folks that I would enjoy doing business with.

  Had a firearm sent to this location. All questions I had were answered, and the whole transfer process took no more than 15 minutes. The location was tidy, and price for FFL transfer and background check were very reasonable. Will likely do business here again.

  Recently just bought a firearm. The process was very easy. When I went in I was greeted right away and told me if I had questions let them know, so I felt no rush at all. Once I decided what to purchase, just had to fill out the background information. I was in and out with a new firearm within 20 minutes. Oh and also the best price I could find anywhere in Murfreesboro. Definitely would recommend.

  Ok guys im changing my review, not because i I've done any other business with you guys, but because i can forgive and possibly forget about what happen. It sucks i lost a gun that meant something to me, but i have since replaced it with 2 other firearms and on my way to getting my carry. And honestly i wish you guys the best, i just figured i would up the reviews, because some of your men/women are good people. Best of luck! And maybe some day ill come by and buy a holster from you guys for my new firearm.

  This location is either closed temporarily or permanently. Do not ever just send a firearm to an FFL even if the dealer says you don’t have to call beforehand and has active signs outside still. Also no notification of this on their website. That caused an extra week of shipping back and additional money out of my pocket for bad communication. Thanks!

  I have never done any business here, but i was going to until i started reading these reviews. It looks to me like anyone who had an issue here & gave you a poor review, you do in fact belittle them or have something smart to say, which as a business owner, is quite pathetic. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, you apologize & then have a smartass remark to say. I think it's safe to say i will not being doing business with this pawn shop. Maybe you should reevaluate on how you handle your customer issues/reviews.

  The first time I saw this place they had thrown something hilarious on the sign. I knew these were my kind of people. I walked in and was greeted warmly and professionally. I Have gotten to know them very well and will always shop there. Anyone claiming that any of the employees are rude are fake news and probably a Russian bot of some sort. I think one of the guys there carries his gun on a fanny pack of old Cheetos, but that's not my business. Stand up guy, though. You should shop here.

  Stopped by to see what they had for a selection of guns, and was pleasantly surprised. Lo was extremely helpful and courteous. Their guns were well priced and well displayed. Store was in great condition

  Mr. Nacho is a firm believer in customer service. I serve my customers with the same respect that I expect in return when I step foot into another business. I am also a pawn shopaholic. Every Saturday I load Mrs. Nacho up and we set out to see what deals we can find. She loves to read the reviews about each store before we walk in. We didn’t walk into your store. To be honest this is the only store we didn’t visit in Murfreesboro. If you reply to your reviews by apologizing and then belittling your customers, what makes you think anyone would want to do business with you face to face. It’s like you had a pissed off teenager handle the replies to your Google reviews. I know the symptoms because Nacho Jr. was a pissed off teen, until one day I had him take a long look in the mirror and confront the person he needed to change. Do you know what he saw after he talked to the person in the mirror??? Mr. Nacho standing behind him with a belt raised and ready to leave my signature mark on Jr’s backside. I usually don’t consult for free but I feel that my advice is needed here. If you as an owner reply to these reviews, stop. If you have an employee replying to them then terminate them. Mr. Nacho does not approve of this business and would like to give it -10 stars without even stepping a foot inside.
