  The people I had to work with were super friendly, but on the whole the process was frustrating. I spent almost 3 hours here, doing a thing I had just spent 1.5 hours doing at another bank. It wasn't the on site people's fault so much as just the megalithic bank has so many regulations and hoops. If you gotta use BofA the branch is clean, and friendly.

  Honestly, this bank needs to invest in more tellers. This place is just crazy busy. Tellers are nice and friendly but they really need help. Specially on pay days.

  Clean, air conditioned, short line - but it was apparent that the teller that waited on me couldn't have been less interested in helping me with solutions. I went to another bank.

  Do you enjoy waiting 25 mins everytime in the bank. Needed to come here, ive used wells fargo, us bank, chase, washingtin mutual, union bank, bank of agriculture. Worst expierence i always have when i need to come to bank of America.
