  For years I couldn’t catch a break and was super depressed around tax time. I tried a few different preparers and the one thing I knew I would get out of them was non solicited advice that just wasn’t going to help me or the situation. Rich and Mary were so welcoming and sincere and personable and very professional that I knew I’d found my new and last preparer. I’m very confident in Rich’s’ capabilities and know how. I can always count on Mary to be my goto for anything, she’s so pleasant. My parents now use Paradigm for their tax needs after seeing my results these past few years.
