de'marcus goodgoods2The parking and 3 atm machines are so convenient. But to walk in, I would rather go to the one Vista Plaza because this one for some odd reason, tend to always have an attitude, except for the old lady. But one of them has an attitude and the other lady after each person takes like a 5 minute breather and stretch (in other words does the most to avoid customers) and the only reason I even go to this one is because the one in Vista Plaza is closed and I go often due to work. But their service here. Man. I loathe coming here due to their attitude but gotta make deposits. Maybe if the staff was friendlier.

Manuel _1So I am trying to close my account because of poor customer service. I withdraw my all the money and ask to speak to someone to close my account. I get told there is no personal banker that can help me. Somehow there are 2 of them not helping anyone at their desk. You would think they would be more keen on why people close their accounts.

Eagle Eye Myotte5Bank of America Crenshaw and PCH I've been with B of A since 1961 when they had the Elementary School Bank book days at Nora sterry School in West LA when they only had five digit account numbers now they're 10 account numbers.... this Bank of America opens at 10 a.m. I like it because there's not a lot of people like the other B of A Banks.... so take it from an old timer go to this one on Crenshaw and PCH....😷

Thomas Bridgeman33 ATM's outside and decent parking. Recent remodel on the inside has condensed the teller counter space. Privacy is out the window. The person & associate are essentially rubbing elbows with you and no transaction is private anymore. Not that they were before but at least there was distance between you and next person so unless you are really ease dropping you'd have no idea what they are doing. NOW... everyone know. Seriously, there is more space and privacy between the 3 ATM's outside than there is inside. **3/26/21** UPDATE: see photo. Insane wait. If you have 2 hours you'll be fine. 2 tellers open. Aweaome.

Miguel Miramontes1I arrived there at 9am to get a head start to fix the problem that I had with my zelle for some reason it was registered on bank of America using my phone ,I was there for 2 hours after talking to multiple people there they didn't have enough of experience or helped me out. I just called bank of America support and they helped me out in 5 minutes they should start training people on this location to get better with all of the products. Very dissatisfied with this branch

Mona1Hello, My family and I have just transitioned from Maryland to California, we went into your Torrance, California (25435 Crenshaw Blvd 90505) office to cash or deposit a check on Wednesday 9/18. Before I came to the branch I specifically called the branch and asked if I could in fact cash a check from a different bank since its not a BoA check but I am a Bank of America customer OR if I were to deposit the check how long will the hold be? The rep told me that they are not sure on the hold they would have to scan the check first then let me know, but I would be able to cash it with no problem. To cut to the chase, my family and I went into the branch with my payroll check and trusted your bank to either cash it or deposit it, Karoline commenced to scan the check and print us a receipt and told us $200 will be deposited tomorrow (9/19) and the rest on Friday (9/20), we thought ok we waited a month whats one or two days more? I checked my mobile account on 9/19 and found a note stating my check and all funds will not be available until 9/27. I WOULD HAVE GONE SOMEWHERE ELSE like a check cashing place but I trusted YOUR BANK. Why this is a problem. My family and I transitioned from Maryland to California and had not been paid in 1 month...I received my one time paper payroll check and trusted your bank to either cash it or deposit it. My family had NO MONEY, my check was for $3K so you can only imagine that stress this was causing. WE HAVE BILLS! We spoke to your Assistant Vice President Marcos Torres who did NOTHING, he laughed in our face and told us there was nothing he could do, then proceeded to tell me I could not get my check back and it is now the property of Bank of America, almost like we stole it or something!!! This can not be real, and this can not be BofA policy and if it is you should be ashamed that you swindle people out of their hard earned money for a week WITH NO EXPLANATION AS TO WHY!? NO EXPLANATION FOR THE HOLD, NOTHING! So while you sit and live your plush life and your family has food to eat my family will starve because of your "Policy". The resolution to this was that I contacted my employer and they did a stop check on the deposit and re-issued another one to another account. WOW! Its sad it even had to come to this...BUT Marcos Torress your Assistant Vice President assured me that if there are any fees associated with the stop check he would reimburse me, gave me his card and all...And guess what after emailing and calling I GOT NOTHING! YOUR BANK IS A DISGRACE, and I promise I am posting this all over the internet for someone to read. I hope this helps others. I WILL BE STAYING AWAY FROM BANK OF AMERICA.

Jessica gomez1did anyone else with in the last day or so received a different amount in the atm then what you ask for apparently the atm was reading 100 on the system but was descending 10....then look at the paper materials way to thick. i made two withdrawals off 500 each totaling 1000 and only receive 460

Margo Murray5After more than 2 years, I hadn’t ventured inside the Bank of America on Crenshaw & PCH so I was pleasantly surprised to see the new renovations. It’s a very calming atmosphere (rare in banks!) with softer lighting than you normally experience in a bank and very modern decor in current soft colors of gray tones mixed with stunning white stone. At the entrance area you can stop to fill out any necessary forms and comfortably move forward, unhindered, towards the teller windows or sit in a very lovely area to be assisted by the numerous bank reps in their glass enclosed offices. The waiting area is spacious and relaxed has a division at the center so you don’t feel like you’re in a huge room with a bunch of other people starring at you. But, by far, my biggest surprise came with the service by Ms. Caroline Kiroloss! She pleasantly greeted me as I approached near where she was standing with another bank rep assisting a customer. She said she would be with me shortly. I so enjoyed waiting because I had time to thoroughly check out the fabulous new reno job! Then came my turn, yay! Ms. Kiroloss was so helpful and thoughtful! She carefully listened to my issue and resolved all my concerns, professionally, courteously and efficiently! She eliminated any trepidation that I may have had. She single handily made me very happy to be a Bank of America customer! MAM

Debbie Diet lin2I'm a merchant and I thought when I opened account they were to take merchants in a quick timely matter so we can get back to work. I've waited in merchant line and watched as they completely had me wait until the other line emptied even if they came in after me. Disappointing! Time consuming. Brian however did help me with my merchant card service quickly.
