Denise Baron5For me going into a car dealership always seems tedious, but that wasn't the case at Acura. Carrissa Lewis was my sales gal and I liked her immediately. We took a test drive and I knew I liked everything about the car and Carrissa was very knowledgeable. I did however leave to test drive some other cars, but came back and leased the RDX. The process of leasing the car went very smoothly and efficiently. This is the first Acura I've had and I absolutely love it!

NILS PEDERSEN4Took my 2006 MDX in for a major servicing this past Saturday. Check-in was quick and cordial. My rep, Kelly, kept in touch to update me on issues discovered during servicing/inspection. He was able to relate any relative urgency for a repair or if it could wait until a future visit. Due to some unforeseen repairs the tech was unable to finish my car in one day, but came in on the Monday holiday to finish it. Kelly came in as well and saw the job through to completion. Service wasn't cheap, but quality and service were very good.

Kevin B4Noe is an excellent service advisor. In my view Auto Nation Acura really tries to do the right thing for the customer. To get 5 stars I would want them to be up to date on any service bulletins. I would also want them to be aware and really look for things that could be fixed while other repairs are underway. For example they were doing a major service bulletin repair and at the time it would have been fairly easy to fix some other elements that were unrelated to the repair but those weren't called out at the time. This is not a reflection of Noe, this is more reflection of the technician training to make them aware to look for things that are unrelated to basic service. They have their standard checklist to look at fluids and normal wear such as tires and brakes but it would be helpful if they looked for less obvious things like suspension bushings, exhaust mounts, or any other elements that will be visible when doing a repair.

I gave them a call and spoke with Gary Arsenault who I can’t thank enough for his amazing customer service. I knew they were about to close but Gary reassured me that he would stay so I can check out the car. Once I got there I tested the car out and it was exactly what I was looking for. I wish I could remember the financial department employee that approved me because he also helped me with finding the perfect monthly payment.
