  Came in with mobile banking issue and need to fix a mistake on the account that was made at another location. Priya was friendly and quick to help, even though I didn’t have an appointment. Always a pleasure to meet people with abundant knowledge in their field of expertise. Priya is also a business relations specialist and I’ll be making an appointment with her for any business related needs. Very thorough and professional! Tip: This financial center gets busy with a line out of the door. If you need to see someone OTHER than a teller, notify the security guard at the entrance, and you may be able to walk right in.

  This bank is terrible!!! I have been a business customer here for several years. I just had to wait 30 min in line only to find out there are 2 tellers working. If you look at the other reviews it seems like this is the norm. I dont normally write negative reviews but it seems like Bank of America does not value thier customers because actions speek louder than words. I will be switching banks.

  Literally a line out the door at any given time. They open at 10 am, it's currently 10:10 and they're are not open. There were people lining up at 9:20 this morning. I just wanted to make a notary appointment online but it would not allow me to. Now I'm waiting in line just to make an appointment because nobody will pick up the phone.

  This isn't my local branch but it's close to where I work. The managers are very attentive and take the time to hear you out and assist with every detail.

  So if i could give no stars I would the line was out the door, they could have definitely asked the people outside what services they were going over for. I waited 20 minutes outside for the teller I'm guessing to use the mobile app because and i quote verbatim " I don't want you to waste the bankers time" and to call customer service if I had a problem. This might make me move services completely.

  The customer service for merchants is terrible. They closed the window down for merchants. They then created a separate line to be used only two days of the week. Then they did away with the line. Standing in line outside an employee approached me asking what my visit was. I replied to make a deposit. She then said come with me and walked me over to the ATM Machines. Sure, I have several thousand dollars I want to stuff in an ATM in front of everyone. I was also there to get needed rolls of change. Very rare do you find more than one or two tellers working. But you will always find a LONG line.

  Terrible customer service! Always a long line with bank tellers standing around. Usually one to two tellers windows open with a line of ten plus people. Plan on 30-40 min. in line and expect customers to verbally express their opinions, while bank managers do nothing. If machines are down and can't do cashiers checks for instance, they won't post a sign. You get up there after a 30 min. wait to find that the machine is out of order. Then the teller says," Oh well". Poor elderly man in front of me that could hardly breathe was given no empathy at all. Avoid this bank if at all possible.

  I come to this bank often to deposit on a business account. There is always a long line and typically no more than two tellers working. They try to sell the online services but that does not work in this area as there aren't very many customers who feel comfortable using the online services. Bottom line you need to have more tellers. Based on my experiences here I will never have my personal account with Bank of America.

  Luckily I go there sledom , but ALWAYS the same. When they open long customer line and "1" teller. 2nd teller about 20 minutes I know because we are still in line. One of the tellers I believe has been there a LONG time and after 1 maybe 2 customers vanishes. NEVER greeted by any teller with any pleasantries, good morning etc. Been with BA over 30 years and this branch SUX. I go because it is closest to my house.
