  The older gentleman tried low balling me, tried offering $25 a gram on 5 grams of pure gold. Beware. Not sure how he thought it was even remotely fair as spot price is currently $360 for 5 grams of pure gold. I wasn't asking for full value. Go down the street to a honest, more fair shop. Maybe he didn't actually know what he was looking at. I'm not sure.

  Jim is a small location which is what attracted me to go inside, most small places are run by the owners and provide you with excellent customer service, and is exactly what I received I would definitely recommend it and for sure I'll be going back.

  Owning and estate sale company its a great resource to have a family owned, honest company to help with appraisal & fair offers for clients. The family carries integrity in everything they do. I highly recommend. Support small family buisness!!

  Jim's Jewelry and Loan is a family owned business. They are a small shop, and very friendly. They consist of 3 employees. Jim, the father/owner, I didn't catch the mother's or the hot 20-30yr old daughter's name, but they are all friendly.

  Jim's Jewelry and Loan have been here for years even when I was a child and they have always had fair prices and I do really good work I've been going here since Jim was around unfortunately he is past now but they are still a very nice establishment.

  Unfortunately i wanted a watch battery put in one of my watches to which they said they couldn't get the back off my watch only to find out when i got home there was a gigantic gauge across the back of the watch. Was very pissed.

  This place has been my place to go whenever I got in a pickle with finances. I used to drive from Vacaville to this place. Love it..Loyal for about 8 years. :-)

  I went in there to see about getting a loan on a watch and was treated very disrespectfully and Rudely. Don't bother!
