  I called bank before hand and as soon i got to the bank regarding my account after driving 2 hours just for them to tell me to make an appointment. I said no just close my account and husna started yelling at me because i told her i didnt want to keep my account with the anymore for the way their are treating people. Service their is the worst i have ever had. Will never bank with them again. Oh and she slid my id to me so hard it fell to the floor and she just giggled.

  I'm a Navy Federal member and even called Wells Fargo's 800 number and explained that I'm not a member but am I able to exchange $20s for larger bills if I use their ATM. Was told by Tony's manager that it would be fine. Go in, get money out of the ATM, once the bank opened went to do the exchange and was told I wouldn't be able to exchange anything over $20 because I'm not a member. I guess I should have known better than to trust Wells Fargo.

  Highly upset with the girl manager working here and Wells Fargo. Got treated like I am someone who is doing fraudulent things. Then when leaving my wife and I clearly heard her talking about my situation to another customer with the Teller. Thank you hoosna for making me feel like a burden to a bank I have always gone to just because you do not like me for whatever your reasoning is. Went to Wells Fargo on Auburn and did not get treated the same way at all and they cashed my check right away. They also didn’t understand why this other lady would be this way when nothing was wrong with it.

  This location won't cash the full amount, every time they tell me that the system won't let them. Also, they won't cash and deposit the amount for you, you will have to take the whole amount and go to the ATM. Other locations don't waste your time like this.

  I was here on Saturday afternoon and no one assisted me. I was standing in the line for 15 minutes and the line didn’t even move . I was very disappointed and left.

  The staff is always friendly but this bank is inside a grocery store that seems a bit dirty

  Please update hours on Google says you guys closes at 5:00 I just got there at 4:40 and you guys are closed

  Lazy teller didn't want to give me change for a 20. Said she was out of quaters. It's a bank!!!!!
