Lorraine L1After standing in line for over 40 minutes I finally got to the counter. Mind you I am disabled and use a cane. I was cashing a check from an account to which I was not issued a debit card. Otherwise, I would have used the ATM machine. It would have been preferable to use the drive-thru. I asked why the drive-thru was closed and was advised they did not have staff. As a disabled customer this makes things very difficult as well as discriminatory if you want to get down to it. There were many of us who were either disabled or elderly. The last time I was in they were training someone and she was unable to assist most of those waiting. Everyone was extremely upset as it was after 3pm on a Friday and they close at 4pm now.

Ashley Lowe1Unreliable. From the local standpoint all the way up to the company standpoint. Locally the drive up ATM is ALWAYS broken/not working. So forget pulling out cash or depositing on your lunch break, you won't be able to do it. And from a company standpoint they're greedy as heck and are slow to process anything, and i mean who charges FEES anymore just to even HAVE an account? That's so early 2000's. When there's literally dozens of other FREE options, just go with those. I've been planning on how I can close all of my accounts with this atrocious bank for a while now but so much of my life is deeply intertwined with this nightmare bank, its so stressful. Also my mom used to work at a Bank of America a LONG time ago and she quit when they made her start soliciting people, she said she watched it all go downhill and that was well over a decade ago. Avoid at ALL costs.

Lisa Riojas1These people have no idea what customer service is. I wanted to deposit $120.00 into my husbands checking account. An account he has had for over 20 years... ever since Iv'e known him. We both called him on the phone while he was at work, I had his account number and a deposit slip however, this was not enough! The teller said I needed to write a check from our HAPO bank account :( .....she said it prevents money laundering! WOW!!! This is why I don't bank here and will definitely talk my hubby into banking somewhere else. Horrible Horrible Horrible! No wonder their banks are closing left and right. They should definitely stop treating longtime customers like criminals.

Kate Garrison1Drive thru seems to be permanently closed although there is so signage telling you it's closed until you drive around the whole building only to have to circle back around to park. If you're lucky enough to ring to find parking you'll immediately encounter a line clear back to the door with only one teller open. If you choose to use the ATM hopefully you have all day as it was the slowest ATM I've ever encountered. Good luck.

LoAnn Ayers1No drive through. Long lines. Poor service. 23 people in line in front of me. 2 tellers scheduled. Not impressed with lack of management’s planning for first-of-the-month rush, particularly when drive through is closed.

Shannon Olson2I like this bank because it has a drive through which is awesome, the service is typically good. However the long waiting is constantly! Today is a friday.. FRIDAY and has one freaking teller whom has to do the drive through and front. She has a line to the door. I've been standing in line a ridiculously long time. This is a constant ongoing issue. The company has really really sadly gone down hill. I'm so frusterated. They are trying to get rid of asocassoci and have only machines. It's terrible. 😤😫

Stephanie Dalen1You service probably 1/2 of the businesses at Columbia Center Mall and 1/2 of the businesses along Canal and Columbia Center Blvd, yet on Fridays or the the day before a holiday weekend you have 1 teller servicing the line to the door, and 1 servicing the drive thru. Today the front end teller doesn't have the coin for change, the drive thru teller does, and she is 3 cars deep, and I have a store to open. Last time you had to get more change from the vault because there hadn't been enough change pulled for the businesses getting their weekend change at 930 am, you opened at 9.

Jesse Caldwell1Deposited a check inside with a teller. 4 days later and my money still isn't in my account. Call them and ask why but only answer I got is wait another day and hope it shows up. Dont ever trust your money to this bank.

Amanda Chavez1Anytime I go to this branch there is only 1 teller and a line to the door. I have gone at many times during the day on different days and it is always the same. Wish I could go to the bank without spending 15 min in line.
