Mayra C1Really terrible service, I was already inside, they escorted me out because they had reached their closing hours, didn’t bother to attend me. Two employees came out telling me I had to leave because they were closed, even though I was already inside waiting to be attended, one of them escorted me out the door.

Sharon Carson1Worst customer service with bad attitude ever. The Teller was very rude, and told me that I cannot make a withdrawal on my card because it has been de-magnetized. So I went outside to the ATM, where it worked just fine. I came back in the Bank to tell her it works, and please try again, and she started telling the other tellers NOT to try because it won't work. I just left.

Paul Boisvert1Went to this bank yesterday to pull out a large sum of money. The clerk was impatient and rude immediately and then proceeded to ask me how much I wanted to withdraw. I said "the full amount on the card" because we are in a crowded bank and this location has been targeted by thieves more than once in the past. She wouldn't accept that answer. I asked her why she is forcing me to say the amount out loud. She proceeded to say it as "Fourty-two, twenty" and impatiently explained that she said it different numerically. That was her safety protocol and level customer care. Then she hands me over four thousand dollars CASH in my hand and didn't even offer to place it in an envelope. I asked her for an envelope after waiting almost 10 minutes patiently prior to this and she responded by telling me to do it myself and that she already gave it to me. I could not locate the envelope and carried a ton of cash out to my car in the parking lot and had to transfer it like that. Needless to say I deposited it into a better bank like Chase where I have never had an issue like this in my life. This location needs a reality check. Its not just the terrible customer service, its the fact that the staff training and safety protocols are so poor, as well. This bank is built with two easy access points on either side of it and it is close to a freeway. This has made it a target for robberies in the past (hence my initial caution when withdrawing cash from this location).

Jill Elliott1This is the most frustrating experience. Trying to get through the phone service was awful. Good luck if you want to actually speak with someone. They hung up on me once and then made me go through a maze of 5-minutes-worth of options, none of which applied to my father, as I deal with his banking. I will never, ever open a B of A account after this. I'll stick with my credit union with no checking or savings fees, no ATM fees, awesome rates, and wonderful, personalized service.

Jorge G1If I could I would give this place ZERO stars.. how are you going to have tellers that DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT. I ask BEFORE i depositing a check to the teller...the teller says "you'll get it immediately, and if you have the app just take a pic and you dont have to come in, and you'll get it the same day" so when I walk away I look at the receipt and it never deposited i go back speak to another teller and they say "checks NEVER.... EVER post on the same day they post the next business day: BRUHHHHH ARE YOU SERIOUS! TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES

Francisco was so helpful, welcoming..helped me in about just 2min in same request I had yesterday in other location at 152 w.hillcrast, & both ladies there were so rude & NOT helpful at all..!! She was also very knowledgeable, when I asked for year summary,, not like Tanya who didn't even know about it,& were asking me call costomer service!! It took just 2min with Anne's miracle fingers..it's a big deferent when u just feel they want to help,or atlist listen to you,,& when they just want to ignore& kick you out,like yesterday!! Thank God I found them,bc I can't leave BOA after 9 years, with almost 7 accounts ..!!
