  Worst banker. They don’t care how many customers are sitting and waiting there. They just pretend working, but they don’t. They make some clients angry and they left. I was waiting to update something. It took just 5 minutes, but I was waiting for 2:30 hours. I saw on banker just care about client with same language, but they came in 2 hours later than us. Never go there and never waste time.

  This is for Nancy! She has been my cashier for most of my cashier checks and she has such a gentle free flowing spirit with me every time! Perky and light, I love her customer service & how kind and thorough she is, always ready after every guest and the best nails 💓💓💓 Thanks girl! You making paying rent so much better!! Haha!   This 5-Star review is for the excellent Customer Service I received from Mayra, and not B Of A. Seems like I got lucky, usually I have to write my name on a list and have to wait. But this time I was greeted nicely by Mayra as soon as I walked in towards the waiting area. She was very helpful and processed my request very efficiently. A+

  Worst customer at this location. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anybody. They have bad customer service, not professional, they treat customers like whatever. I closing my account after this bad experience.

  Wish there was a way to not give any stars and write a review. I had to walk around the entire building to find the entrance. No one greeted me when I came into the building. I had a check issued from my insurance provider from Bank of America, which I do not bank there. I've never been asked to pay to cash a check from my bank that issued the check. They asked me to pay eight dollars to cash A check that was for $4.34. They didn't even ask me if I wanted to open up an account or make an attempt to earn my business just sent me away. No wonder they have the worst customer service ratings w JD Powers and Associates rankings.

  Very rude customer service walked in took 10 mins for someone to come ask me what I needed. Before even asking the question the lady already very rude. Proceeded to go to the teller was even worse. One teller stayed in the line for 10 mins waiting for the teller to finish. Ohh my what a nightmare I had to leave and go to a different location and it was worth it
