  ***Revision: 8-28-20 So after 5 star reviews and a half a dozen purchases for thousands of dollars, They tell me they are no longer doing LayAway purchases. And they raised their prices higher than MSRP. My LayAway purchases were ALWAYS paid way before the allotted time given. But because sales are up during the covid crisis they have changed their policy and raised their prices. I guess they don't need my business anymore. I'm very disappointed and will no longer be a customer at Traders nor will I recommend them. *****Edit 9/08/2020 I've just read your response to my review and found it deceptive and insincere. 1. The gun I was going to purchase was not a handgun at all, it was a rifle so your excuses about a thirty day waiting period between purchases wouldn't even apply. 2. There was no one else wanting or waiting to purchase that firearm at that time, so your line about "Holding guns for someone would be unfair" is lame at best, in that retail sales are always first come first serve, this was not an auction. 3. The "appreciation" you showed to me for accessories purchased as gratitude for my thousands of dollars in previous purchases was a bad joke in that you gave me no better discount than you give any military person off the street making a purchase, and I'm military too! 4. You raised your prices above retail, because you can get away with it due to increased gun sales, not your inability to obtain them. I'm surprised in your dishonesty just to CYA regarding my honest review. Maybe next time you'll try to personally contact the customer to resolve issues rather than ineffectively writing a contrived and dishonest response that I find insulting. Sincerely, Bruce Schram

  Mr Schram, I’m so sorry you are not happy with our layaway policy on firearms. We accept layaways on all items excluding firearms at this time.  We had to change our policy because it is very difficult to get firearms from our distributors.  We are trying to have as much selection as possible for customers to be able to purchase firearms.  As you are aware the law in California is one hand gun every 30 days.  Holding guns for someone is not fair to others that are trying to purchase firearms.  You have been a good customer and we have shown our appreciation by discounting firearm accessories for you.  As far as us raising our prices, we have had no choice as we are being charged more by our distributors.  I explained this to you when you were here.  We try our best to give the best customer service possible. sincerely, Diane

  I went in looking for a specific piece of jewelry..I actually was dressed in a hat and sweats and completely treated as if I didn't have any money. Very dissapointed because I was judged as per, I do have a great income and even if I did not the owner Diane should not have disrespected me the way I was. The place was also dirty and unorganized. owner

  I was helped out by the gentleman Matt when I had a couple of earrings I wanted to sell. He kept me I formed throughout the process of testing my gold and was professional he made me feel at ease my first time selling something. Thank you Matt!
