Andre Almond2I went into honda, just trying to get some information on options they had for people trying to buy a car with buy credit. I explained my credit score was low and advised them that i did not have a down payment in had, but would come back later in the month when i would have the money, but i wanted to know my options or if they could work with me. the sales rep at the front desk was not very helpful, and he seemed to be dis-engaged while speaking to me. So, after i explained my credit score and circumstances to him, the only thing that was offer to me was a lease option, which require a 610 credit score and i pay 350 per month, but i didnt get much more information than that. I left the dealership with less information that went in with, got no options/information for the questions that i asked. overall was not satisfied with my visit, i know where i am not buying my first car at.

J O5I had such an amazing experience with Hamer Honda in Reseda. I walked in thinking I was gonna settle for a pre owned car thats within my budget like everyone was telling me- given that I am an immigrant woman who does not have enough credit history. I don’t know how my saleswoman Celica did it but she worked her magic and she was very honest with me and suprisingly I got the car that I really like she took the time to learn about my situation I never felt discriminated like what other dealers made me feel, everyone was welcoming and was willing to work with what I could bring to the table they respected my decisions and were never pushy! They are amazing, all the way to the finance manager! I highly recommend this dealership!

Mark1My first Service on my vehicle was terrible. My advisor was veronique and I just bought a Hyundai Santa fe Sport from them a month earlier. I had a airbag warning light issue and drew from Sales told me to bring it in right away. So I'm in Service center told veronique the issue. First thing she said without asking anyone else there. "We don't work on Hyundai's you have to take it to a Hyundai dealer." Not what you want to hear from a Dealership you just bought a car from. So why do I have a honda advantage care agreement for a Hyundai that they don't have parts for and they have to order the filter and they have to drop it off to Honda Dealership so they can install it in my Hyundai and by the time they finish it's been 2 hrs. Also they already had done a oil Change on it before I bought the car. Ignorance on her part of not looking at the last maintenance on the vehicle. She never informed me of what Services was to be performed at 40, 000 mile maintenance. I bet if I was to schedule a oil Change on my vehicle a week later that she would do it without looking at the previous maintenance that was done. I was expecting great Service and all I got was a oil Change that should have not been done. I guarantee you that I will not go back to them for Service thanks to veronique. When you go to have Service done on your vehicle wouldn't you want to know what they will be doing while you wait. Lack detail and information and communication with her co workers on asking questions about my Airbag warning light issue. Not good at all. You would expect more from a big Dealership than the Service I got.

Steve Y1I arrived around 3pm in order to have my car serviced. After pulling up, the serviceman responsible for the service den placed the number cone on my car and asked me to wait for a representative to check my car in. I stood by my car and waited. And waited. And after 30 minutes of waiting, of watching representatives looking down at the ground as they walked out of the office so as not to make eye contact, of waiting for anyone to give me more information, I decided to leave. I know that this review is merely a drop in the bucket, largely because I know from experience that they make a point of soliciting reviews from their customers. Normally their solicitation asks me to vouch for the service person that helped me, and so here it is: I'd like to thank No One for helping me today. No One was a great representative that sped the process along. No One was professional from my first interaction to my last, or any point in between. No One gave me a quote, No One told me how long the wait might be, No One gave me a head's up on their shuttle service, and No One valued my time. I'd like to give a shout out to No One since No One on the Hamer Honda service team seems to have existed. What's funny is that a generic message from someone at Hamer is likely to respond to this message faster than I was helped today.
