  I have been with Bank of Albuquerque for a very long time. I don't recall any problems with my accounts or the employee. They are always eager to go above and beyond to help with anything I may need assistance with.

  Lee and Amanda helped me get my house. They were very courteous and truly seemed to care about their customers unlike other big banks. They worked very hard even though it was not as quick and easy as we had expected. I really appreciate it, thank you.

  Yesterday I deposited a check from my Mother's Estate at their ATM and it was placed on hold for 4 days. Now this branch has their phones disconnected so that I won't be able to speak to the Manager. Business like this is what makes a customer want to bank somewhere else. People from all over New Mexico should be welcomed at every Bank of Albuquerque Branch. I have had my bank account for too long for this to happen. Doesn't a bank know people's lives or income can change at any time? I don't recommend using this bank if you are coming from Albuquerque.

  Waits 2 weeks and until ur have no money to charge overdraft. Why u ask? Well to charge another overdraft. Taxing poor people forbveinf poor during a pandemix should be criminal! Ypur orgization is vile.
