  Shannon was suggested by my representatives, and he did NOT disappoint. Once all the initial paperwork was straightened out, he got my deal closed very quickly. He was very patient with me even though I know I could be a pain. He didn't let that bother him, and he answered every question that I asked.   If you need a mortgage I highly recommend Shannon! We were buying in Maine while still residing in Mass, Shannon was so helpful and so friendly. We knew we were in great hands, he put us at ease right away and got things done so fast. He is the reason we are spending our first Christmas in our new home!   There is a reason why Shannon is the Mortgage Ninja! His experience and knowledge of the mortgage industry is second to none. Knowing that he is keeping watch over the lending for any deal I'm involved with is very reassuring! After one of my buyers, who was under contract, moved on from a previous lender two weeks before the contracted closing date, Shannon jumped into action and got us to the closing table in just over two weeks.
