  Jeff was amazing. Him and his team were professional, had endless patience along with great personalities, and made setting up our mortgage easy when my parents first moved to Portland. Our experiences with Jeff made my parents came back to Bamboo Mortgage when they purchased their second home. Jeff not only helped my parents purchase two homes, Jeff also become a family friend of ours and help my parents adjust to life in Portland.   Jeff and his team are excellent. Jeff secured us our first mortgage many years ago and then did a refinance for us when rates went down. We've gone back to Jeff every time we've looked at refinancings or new purchases for the last 14 years. Highly recommended.

  Jeff was amazing helping us from start to finish with finding our first home! A family member and friend recommended we reach out to him and it was clear from the very beginning that he was going to go above and beyond. We didn't know too much going into the process, and he walked us through each step of the way, making us feel confident and knowledgable about one of the biggest decisions of our lives. He hopped on so many phone calls with us - no questions asked - whenever we needed his wisdom or help. He is honest, straight-forward, and overall a good human. A big thing I'd like to point out is that he was a crucial reason we ended up getting our offer accepted.   Jeff and his team are responsive, thorough and a pleasure to work with. They stay informed of market trends and do their research. They take the time to mock up several different scenarios so that you can get a better view of what each possible lender and rate arrangement will look like for you. I’ve done two separate mortgages with Bamboo as well as a refinance and have had the best experience with them every time. Would absolutely recommend.

  My family went through 2 re-financing both from Bamboo Mortgage, first time was on 2015 and the most recent one was on 8/23/2021 Jeff Zoria ( the Owner ) is a great guy and a true professional, he is always attentive and takes his time to really listen to our needs, no matter what time of the day Jeff always response to my questions and concerns, he made me feel his number one priority is his customer satisfaction, I really appreciated his team doing everything for my family. Jeff helped me to save a lot of money paid on interest, he reduced my 30 years loan into 15 years loan, I was qualified for a very low interest rate ( 2% ) The whole process was very quick and painless, it only took 3 weeks, it was awesome experience !
