  My experience with every associate of BE Lending was an exceptional experience. The closing went very smooth. They even send a notary to have my wife sign documents since she had a very difficult work schedule closing the accounting year. I have had other loans from hard money lenders. This is by far the best experience. Equity Title deserves recognition during this process. They were great! We are returning to buying and fixing homes. We have done 112 in the past five years.   I can't recommend B.E. Lending highly enough! With their guidance, my wife and I were able to purchase and rehab our first investment property. They got us everything we needed lightening fast and closing on the property in just a couple of days was never in doubt. Their lending terms were very fair and they made the financing process simple, even spending a lot of extra time to explain concepts that were new to us. My wife and I are so glad we found them. If anyone is looking for a hard-money/short-term financing lender in Phoenix, look no further!
