toine_the_gamer God115Today I went B&B to look for a car. The sells representative Julius introduced himself promptly, he went over all of my visit would intel and said he would make things speedy. Julius was very helpful and made my experience here at B&B very pleasant.

Tee1(I wasn't being serviced) The establishment is really nice and welcoming The salesman blew his nose and when I asked him to put hand sanitizer on he said no because "he isn't touching anyone played a waiting game because he had a list full of cars that was supposed to be available but the car that was picked he didn't know the price on .. currently still waiting Not really informative... had to pull information out of him

John kushall2I made a google + profile just to complain about this place. all the negative reviews match my car buying experience to a tee. I was in a bad situation and needed a car, searched online and found one I wanted called them to make sure it was there. I drove over an hour then they say the car I wanted had an engine light problem and unfortunately I picked another car from the lot I got a few miles down the road and the check engine light came on! too much more to complain about

Lisa Long4Brandon took great care of us. He worked with our needs and didnt stop until he found what we were looking for. He worked with us big time financially and took a huge worry off our shoulders. He basically made the impossible in our minds....possible!!! He also talked put our comcerns with us and respected the time we needed to think things out. So far so good with our car They are doing a few things for our car that we requested with no hesitation. Brandon is your Go To Guy!!!!

Josh Cutlip1I noticed the owner responding to some comments, maybe the owner will respond to mine? I purchased a vehicle here back in 2015 not even a week of owning the car it broke down and has been in and out of the shop every few months ever since and yet i still have all the same problems why is that? I have called and visited the one service center on new falls rd multiples times about the problems ive been having only for them to put a band aid on it and never fix the actual issues im guessing thats why that service center is no longer open? And now that my vehicle has completely fallen a part they wont cover it and are telling me this hasnt been an on going issue even though the noises and clunks and grinds ive been hearing and complaining about for a long time now were a sign that these parts were going. Let alone how un safe this vehicle is to drive specially having 2 babies and the car completely shuts down and locks up on you in the middle of the turnpike. I have always made my payments on time same day every 2 weeks knowing im paying triple then what the car is actually worth but being a young married couple just starting out with 2 kids we always gave you guys the benefit of the doubt to make right on fixing the vehicle and this is how we get treated in return. My account manager has been very rude and disrespectful to my wife and I every time we have made our payment and we have even had things stolen out of our vehicle while in the shop at b+b that ive called multiple times about and left messages only to get no return call. We had recently today tried calling B+B voicing our concerns over the matter of our vehicle and the whole front end suspension,bushings, differential etc being completely shot, because we dont feel that we should have to pay for something that we have been fighting to get fixed forever now but was told every time that it was fixed. Also the staff at the service center and at helm and specially our account manager has been hanging up on my wife and i everytime we call just goes to show the kind of professionals that are working there who supposedly want to help you anyway they can! I was told before i even brought the vehicle in that my warranty would cover it and that i could also rent a car and get reimbursed the money i have to put out. But know since they are telling me that its not covered i have to pay for this rental i already picked up out of pocket on top of the thousands they want me to pay to fix the problems ive been complaining about for over a year.Stay clear of this place they know all the right things to say to get you in a car, just to screw you in the end they are not trying to help anyone but themselves. So lets see if the owner contacts me or trys to make right on this before i make my review a little more public were you wont even have to google or yelp to see what your getting yourself into with this place.

Maryanne Delp5I had a great experience today at B&B. My salesman Brandon was super helpful, extremely friendly and worked very hard to get me the vehicle I wanted with the terms that worked for my budget. I would absoluty reccomend everyone to go see Brandon!

Katherine Klein1They don't even deserve a star to begin with. They make all these claims about how they report to credit agencies to help you rebuild your credit. That's bull, been over paying on a car for almost 2 years and not a single credit agency shows them listed at all. Not to mention they sold us a car with missing parts in the breaking system and when we called the AVP warenty people about it they told us "its not our problem" I took the car to get a second opinion as to why I was getting this uncontrolled shaking in my breaks and both times they said its because my rosters, replaced them twice and problem still existed. This place is such a joke. Don't believe a word they say
