  From the moment my daughter and I walked into the building, we felt at home. We were greeted by a friendly gentleman at the main desk who got us setup to speak with someone else, and asked me if my daughter was allowed to have a lollipop. We only waited a few minutes before we were greeted by a very friendly woman (J. Franks). Mrs. Franks was very personable and kind to me and my daughter and very knowledgeable about any questions I had. My daughter was offered a coloring book and crayons, and shown how to use the coin machine before we left. I had an amazing experience here and highly recommend this place for your financial needs. I was also surprised at all of the free goodies I found in our take away bag as well. Thank you! 🌻

  American Heritage Credit Union is a pleasure to work with. I especially appreciated Terry, my rep I worked with at the Fairless Hills branch. I applied for a HELOC and opened new savings & checking accounts. I loved the personal touch each person I’ve dealt with at American Heritage has provided. I was not expecting such a warm and personable experience, I did not feel like “just a number” at American Heritage. Well done!

  My experience with American Heritage has been Fantastic from Day 1. The customer service people on the phone & in the Fairless Hills branch Is appreciated. ALL have been knowledgeable, courteous & so efficient. What could have been a nerve-racking experience was truly an enjoyable one.

  This bank is really good. I just had a issue with there fraud team. They were on top of the situation, which did not cause a lot of problems. They instructed me on what to do and things went smooth. If it was not for the team I could have had many more problems. The staff Inside the bank is always helpful and gives good advise with banking.

  Amanda was a breath of fresh air!!!! She is nothing short of amazing. After the horrific experience we had with PNC Bank, it felt so good to have someone listen to us and treat us like we mattered. She is a wealth of knowledge and went above and beyond just opening a checking account for us. She found ways we could save money on a lower interest rate program and educated us on a MasterCard that makes our money work for us. We are definitely #TeamAmanda!!!!!

  From the pleasant greeting as we walked through the door to the final signature on the dotted line, this operation was zipped up. The knowledgeable staff helped us pick the right loan for us before we met with the loan officer, who walked us through the process simply. The approval process was speedy & easy too. An all-around great experience!!

  The staff at the Fairless Hills branch are always very helpful and polite. It's a great feeling when you have been banking there a short time and you walk through the door and they know your name. I've been with a different bank for 48 years and they have no idea who I am and never are willing to go the extra mile. That is why I now go to AMHFCU! THANKYOU for you awesome generosity!!

  Stopped in American Heritage to get info on a home equity loan. We got to speak with Mark Blunt. He was very good at his job & explained everything we needed to know. You could tell he really loved his job. We were so impressed we decided to become a client of American Heritage.

  The representative who setup my account was very personable, very informative, very helpful, and everything went very smoothly. It is a very friendly place to do banking business. And, the bank is very clean, neat, and well decorated creating a pleasant environment.
