  Aztec has been a great company to work with in getting my carpet cleaning business started. I am a first time business owner and our LLC had no credit built up. Update on Aztec. What started out as a good relationship has quickly deteriorated. They have not been good at communicating administration discrepancies and in spite of me asking in emails and over the phone they have made it clear they are ignoring me. They don’t ignore me when the check for the lease is due though. I spoke to a woman in the legal department, she tells me she’ll make a note but she can’t help. Nothing no one ever gets back to me. I have a van on lease they went through 90 days worth of their temp tags. The first time they were on top of it and before I reached out they reached out and got me a new one. Then after that one expired and I tell them AGAIN , “what’s the deal with the registration, my vehicle is not registered?” Then they send a email with a different tune as if I was not keeping them updated and they wish I would have told them sooner! So I’m upset and I still have an unregistered vehicle. They did finally send some paper work to take to the dmv but I sent them a letter asking for a refund of $430 for the processing fee they charged. I think they failed on the processing don’t you think. Anyways who cares right, they are very disorganized and I would encourage anyone honking of going with this company to maybe keep looking elsewhere. Good luck.

  Great Experience! I was in the market for some new equipment for our business and was referred to Harilala Vamanrav(Hari). Hari was very personable, friendly and intentional. He gathered my info and instantly had answers and results. He gave me my options and even worked after hours to make everything just right for our situation.   Hari has worked with me from start to finish and he explains everything to me so I completely understand everything. I was so happy with my purchase of my boxxar 423 carpet cleaning machine that I referred him to a friend of mine and he made a purchase as well.   Aztec is a terrible to work with. I would not recommend anyone to do business with them. I will never work with them again.

  As well all know, financing in any industry can be tricky. There are a lot of variables that need to be taken into consideration on a case by case basis. Quite honestly, it can all be a little frustrating if you do not have someone to guide you. Lucky for me, I have had the extreme joy of dealing with Hari Vamanrav with Aztec Financial. He always makes things very easy from me and the customers that I send to him. He works tirelessly to find everyone involved the best option. Even in the event someone cannot be approved, he handles it with the utmost care and respect. Hari's ability to manage each situation no matter how unique makes him a vital part of the team of people I depend upon most. I am not usually the type to put all my eggs in one basket, but hands down I do that Hari. There is no one I would rather deal with for the financing needs of our customers.

  Brent was easy to work with, straight forward, and simply took care of business. I don’t usually finance things. My CPA advised me to. I purchased a new piece of equipment, Brent knew I didn’t have much time during business hours to sit on the phone and discuss things. He took handled things, kept me in the loop via email and it was done in two days. Great rates, and great customer service. Try going to your local bank, where they run you through the ringer. No thanks. I’ll call Brent personally from here on out.
