  Victor was amazing and got me the car I wanted !! Tracy was so welcoming and great and what she does, and alex was very nice, and talked to me & made sure I was getting everything I needed, amazing customer service!! Definitely recommend this place!

  I visited with John Wednesday evening talked about getting a vehicle. To my surprise he cut BS and straight shot me with the details and specifics. Not like other dealers where you feel the pressure of just pulling into the lot. I shopped around a bit, but he sold me on the way his company works. I've never been treated so well and taken care of. I'm glad I came back and got my ride from him and his company. 2005 Toyota Corolla Thanks John you're the man!!! Good looking out!! John Marsden

  These guys use a bait and switch. They tell people they’re going to help them they publicize on the Internet programs to help particularly women who have been in bad relationships and needing a vehicle that they’re going to be easy and can quickly get a vehicle. NOT TRUE. It takes over an hour to do the paperwork just to find out if you’re getting financed.Whenever you don’t understand I need help to make an entry. It takes 10 minutes to get help. They make you do all the data entry are so understaffed. Been in there twice in a year after worked on improving credit. Seen people walk out with sad faces because they’re not getting help. All their advertising says easy credit financing. Absolutely not true

  They help us out in the beginning, But we got the car alot of problems with the car. We report it and they said they will put it in the system. 3 months have past and the car is barely in the shop because the car turned off on me and my husband on the freeway. We kept up with payments every week . And now the agency doesn't cover what's wrong with the car. Thanks carhop

  Victor and Jorge were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond for me in purchasing a vehicle! Their were allot of things that could have disqualified me from even getting a loan and they both moved mountains to help me. I am incredibly greatful for the service I recieved. I cant even believe the things they accomplished in helping me reach my goal. Am so greatful for them.

  I have been working with carhop and they have been so so much easier to work with then any other lots Eric help my husband and I into a car and they were so helpful and did everything they could to get us approved because we have had lots of problems in the past and then being new to Utah myself he was able to do whatever he could to help us out. Thanks carhop definitely will be coming back.

  These guys are awesome I just had a bankruptcy case go through and they still helped me into a better car and trade in my other car that I had with them from 3 years ago. Very friendly and will do the best to help out when you have bad credit
