  Pressure! A car buying experience should be a good one. From the moment I expressed interest in the vehicle they were pressuring me. There are many other dealerships out there that are much better. Look somewhere else!

  I had to pick a star to review but believe me when I say one is too many!! I have been stranded not once but twice after this dishonest lot sold a lemon with a blown head gasket. This car was brought in under warranty as it was only purchased two weeks before after the first time it broke down. All it got was a bandaid hoping to get it past warranty. BUYERS BEWARE!! Dishonesty run deep here. And no Mr General manager I wont call you but I'm sure a lawyer will though. The call ill be making is to BBB! SHAME ON YOU!!

  Hello my name is Sam and I am the Manager here at Murray Auto Sales it looks like our business is being reviewed by more than one person for the same issue. and I really would like to say that we always help our customers and do our best to keep the customer happy in your case you guys have put almost 2500 miles on the car and a lot could happen in 2500 miles especially in hot weather that we are having I mean the head gasket could go bad in as low as few miles if you run the car hot or it overheat and driver continue to drive. I can't discuss much information on the online review but also a vehicle with 162000 miles we will run it through a third party and make sure it is good to sell before we put it on the lot for retail if we don't get the ok and if it doesn't pass the shop we will not retail it. also I would like to say that we offered to help if you guys can bring the car to us as we have no way of bringing the car from where it was located.

  I mean do i have to even give them a star? if you want a nightmare you will buy from these crooks. sold us a car and the transmission was shot. i don't know how they can sleep at night. I DO NOT recommend these headaches at all.

  GOOD CARS,, I purchased 3 cars,2003 audi a4 in sep 2008,,,2004 bmw x5 in june 2010,,,2003 corolla in feb 2011,, before I sign the contracts I take the cars to my mechanic and he tell me all is well in the cars,, before you purchase a car always take to your MECHANIC!! But I have to say he always sends me back with the same story. This car is PERFECT!!! I had an awesome time at Murray Auto Sales and I will buy all of my cars from them!! Awesome sales guys and management!!!

  This is where used care salesmen get there bad reputation! Completely dishonest! Change price without notice! Refuse to fix issues that brought up in negotiations, " cause it's not in wrighting! All out worst dealership I ever been to!

  I am not much for reviews usually but I wanted to give a shout out to MAS especially Danny, Virgil, and Emilio. As it is whenever you are buying a used car there are always concerns about what you can't see about the car upfront and problems down the road, especially with a higher end car like the BMW 5 series I bought (fantastic car by the way). MAS said though that they'd take care of any issues with it though as part of our agreement. Sure enough after buying the car there were some things and we hit a few bumps in the road, but what satisfied me as a customer is the MAS stood by their word. I paid good money for the car and this was a big deal for me. It is obviously what you expect from businesses, to follow through with their agreements, but is less and less common unfortunately. MAS however did a great job with following all the way through and left me with 0 complaints and 0 regrets. I would definitely recommend them to others that are looking for a high quality used car.

I really liked working with you and thank you for not changing your 5 star review. Oh! and we can also do your oil change as you got the warranty with maintenance included.   They'll say anything to sale you a P.O.S. even say they'll give you a warranty, but when you Break down 400 miles away from home, you find out that the warranty was never turned in or never bought from the warranty company in the first place. . I bought a car from these Asshats, had to take it back 3 times for over heating problem and all they did was band aid the problem..I only had it for a month and a half before it finally blew the head gaskets.. the mechanic I took it to after it did that said, they never should have sold me the car, it was bad from the get go.. Clogged Radiator, fans not working properly, and the heads where warped. .. I was left stranded 400 miles from home and I couldn't even get good customer service, nobody over there knows what they're doing.... DO NOT BY A CAR FROM MURRAY AUTO SALES! !!

  Hello There Brian My Name is Sam and I am the Manager here at Murray Auto Sales first off I would like to say that we always help our customers as much as we can, as far as the warranty the warranty we sold you is through Wheelz (American Auto Guardian) and we paid for it and we have the receipts to prove that. now if they didn't have it in their system or if they couldn't locate it doesn't mean it is not valid it just mean that it is still not uploaded in their system for one reason or anther that I won't know. here at Murray Auto Sales a huge portion of our business depends on return customer and we have plenty of happy customers that say nothing but good stuff. in your case we tried to help and we told you guys to bring the car down to our store and we will see how we can help you, as we didn't have a way to bring your car over. also like what I mentioned a few times to everyone that have been posting regarding this same issue we take our cars to third party company that do Safety and emissions and we check them here. also we have an A+ rating with BBB so we a good legit honest business.

  I normally wouldn't leave a review when I didn't buy something, but I came in earlier last week and was really impressed with this place. Ryan really helped me figure out what I want in a car, and how much it would cost me. Glad to know I'll have a place to go when the time is ready.
