  Our family business has been banking with AVB from the very beginning over ten years ago and we don't plan on ever leaving. This is a great place because they are sophisticated enough to handle anything we need, but small enough that we can form relationships with individual employees there. I wanted to write these guys a review because of how much they helped us out during the COVID-19 crisis. While I was reading articles about other people being turned away at from the national banks, the Senior Vice President of our branch was calling me regularly with updates and walking us through how to navigate the quickly changing regulations. They went out of their way to help us access capital during the shutdowns and we are incredibly grateful to their dedication when it really counted.

  My tires hate the Parking lot exit to 51st Street at the 51/Mingo location. Huge holes that I have to go 2 miles/hr over which is difficult during evening traffic. Been like this for too long. I might have to change banks just for the money I will save on tires!!

  We LOVE AVB Bank! When another bank (RCB) left us high and dry after years of banking with them (in addition to loans etc), we looked to AVB for help. They have treated us as valued customers, taken care of us, and been absolutely wonderful! Highly recommend this branch as well as the Main Street branch in BA. :)

  I enjoyed banking with them until I had a few unauthorized transactions on my debit card and instead of issuing me a new card with a new number, they refused to let me have another card at all. I promptly closed my accounts and went to IBC.
