  Loved Shopping for a vehicle here. Stoney worked hard for us as our sales person.We looked at several SUV’s and ended up buying the one we went there to possibly buy. Demetre the manager was awesome as well. He worked hard with our small budget, and pricing. Brian the finance guy was also great. I would will go back to buy another vehicle again.

  I just have to say Brian is the best! He put up with me for 3 whole agonizing(for him) weeks until I found the perfect car. He was VERY patient with me, and I can be kinda difficult 🤣 I had to be his biggest pain lol What I really appreciated was the honesty. I went to over 10 lots(no lie) and he was the only one who told me straight. I was told and promised so many thing only to be let down, but not with Brian. He told me exactly what I could get for my funding and what needed to be done without making me feel like a subpar human like the rest of the salespeople I had dealt with. Even my loan officer was extremely impressed with him and wants to keep working with him in the future. For ONCE I’m getting the car I really want and not settling. 😎 Thanks SO much !!!! Raven C

  I had a great experience with these guys. Pretty open and honest. I worked with Gary. I knew the pickup I wanted. I definitely understand people have to make money but they worked the price some. I had my wife and my daughters with me. And they treated them great. The fed us lunch. Gave me a full tank of diesel and are addressing a few of the issues that I found. The center console was kinda wobbly and I dont have a key fob. I'm taking it to the shop to fix console and then Gary is working on the key situation. I would recommend them to my friends and family and not be worried about anything.

  My boyfriend and I stopped by AutoRight last weekend to check out some new options. We were eyeing this Mini Cooper when we were greeted by Brian. He was super professional and very knowledgable of the car we were looking at! After a quick test drive and decision to purchase, we sat down with Demetre (who was also super friendly and efficient) and Brian and came to an agreement! I recommend both Brian and Demetre if you stop by the AutoRight in Lake Stevens!!!

  Such a great experience. I have needed a new car for awhile. I phoned a friend and she suggested i talk to Demetre. I am so happu she did. No pressure he asked what was important to me. I went that same day and purchased a used car. Exactly the price range i wanted and monthly payment amount i was comfortable with. Thank you to all at this location it was a stellar experience!!!!!

  They are extremely professional. It was a delightful and refereshing experience at this dealership. King was super sweet and respectful. Demetri went out of his way to make the deal happen for us!! I highly recommend this dealership when looking to buy a car.

  Just want to give a BIG Thank You and well deserved 5☆ customer review to Fabian & Demetre. We came in & they listened to what we wanted/looking for in our vehicles & payment. They even brought one vehicle from Bothell up to us at the very nice & comfortable Lake Stevens lot. Great Staff! Nice & convenient location with plenty to choose from + access from other lots.   Just bought a 2016 Kia Soul from them and couldn't have gone better. This place is owned by the Lee Johnson dealership group and use it to market used cars from trades, etc, so they do it right. The vehicles are super clean, have an inspection report and carfax, and priced well. The guys are great to work with and the process couldn't be any easier.

  My wife and I came here specifically because we saw online that they had the car we had been looking for. Our situation was, in the lamest terms, difficult. We both have less than average credit, we both work full time jobs, we had a truck that we still owed on with an incredibly high interest rate that was worth far less than what we still owed. All of this upfront, AutoRight under promised, and over delivered. We sat at dinner the night after our first meeting with them and exchanged thoughtful, confident and hopefully conversation about our experience at AutoRight. King- the salesman who helped us, was a calm, friendly, eager to please young man who clearly lives to serve. He did not push us, or hassle us. He simply listened, answered as many questions as he could, and engaged in lighthearted and relatable conversation. He quickly introduced us and our tough situation to the finance manager, Demetre, who, to say the least, worked his @SS off to make our situation work. His desk is surprisingly placed in the same room as all of the salesmen, so we could easily chat with him and hear the conversations he was having. This took the "Is the guy even back there working?" and "Did they forget about us?" questions fully out of the mix and he quickly gained our trust. He told us it would be difficult to help us out, but that he would do his best. And his best he did. We have never been more impressed with a car buying process. It took a couple of days, we did have to put a significant amount of cash down. (But come on, we were here to BUY a car-not be GIVEN a car). On the day we went to sign all of our paperwork, both guys were just as helpful. I had to bring my toddler, who they happily showered with crayons, entertainment and goldfish crackers. And they worked with our work schedules to make sure that everything was taken care of as we could make it happen, life gets busy and they were respectful of that. We will never go to another lot again. These are some of the most stand up, hard working, honest men that we are extremely proud to have given our business to. I hope taking the time to write a full review on how happy we are with our purchase will bring them more life long relationships. Thank you guys! If I could give you more than 5 stars, I would.

  My teenage daughter has no complain about her car. She loves it so much! We live in Alaska, the car we bought must be installed with a remote start for the cold winter, Stoney figured out a way to make it for us, we are very grateful for his professional work and kindness!
