  I was less than satisfied...with the loan to begin with. The woman I spoke with intially..."glassed"over a few of the details. Moving forward....I ended up paying all of their massive fees , on a small loan. Paid it off in January...4 months later....I still do not gave my title back.....now it is the State of Georgia's problem. I GAVE MY TITLE TO THEM , AND THEY DID NOT RETURN IT TO ME. I got a blistering message , for the negative review I left online. Telling me , once again......it was not their fault , Never got a phone call in the 4 months my truck title was in "limbo"....still was told.."not my fault"...I now have to go deal with the DMV....You would think a title pawn would have a connection yo do business....not so much. Speaking Truth.

  Omg Ms. Lindsey is the best in the world. Went to get my tax issues resolve and got so much more !!! Not enough people in the world like her❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️! Life changing moment for me.   Lindsey was AWESOME. Pawned my title at the end of May and got it back today!! She worked with my on my first payment and tosay i went in to pay off and she was just the sweetest. Pawn your title here of you ever need it. They will loan you a reasonable amount with reasonable payments and make so doable to pay off :)

  Nobody likes to find them selfs in the situation where they need to pawn their title, but if you do Auto Pro is the place to go! We have used Auto Pro on Tennessee Street for many years. We have pawned our title with them easily 5 times and every time we have had a simple painless experience. We relocated areas years ago and if we find our selfs in a tight with money we make the extra 30 minute drive past countless title pawn places straight to auto pro because we already know the experience and help we will receive. Lindsey is the best! She is always there to help, and our best interest is truly what she goes after! Even after being late on so many payments she never made us feel like our car was in jeopardy, and she never acted frustrated with us. She is empathetic and always explained the best option to my husband and I, and what would be best for US, and not just best for business. I believe she honestly cares about her customers, and it shows in her work! They are truly great people at Auto Pro. The owners name has slipped my mind but we met him during our first encounter years ago and he was extremely helpful as well!! They have our business for life!! Thanks Auto Pro! Brittany Stokes

  I love Lindsey! She is so professional and has gone out of her way to help me. When she first started there a year ago I was behind and she created a payment plan that got me ahead and I didn't get behind on my other bills. I highly recommend AutoPro.

  For those times when life happens. They're great! Helped me and my family out of a bind a couple of times. Store is clean. Lindsey is absolutely amazing! As professional as you could ask for and really goes above and beyond to help any way she can. I don't wish no bad on anyone. However in the event that something does happen where you need some help. I highly recommend AutoPro

  I have been doing business with this title pawn company since 2010. They have always been accommodating,extremely customer service oriented and have went the extra mile for me....not only when I fell behind on a payment but at the last second this past Christmas when it looked like there would be no Christmas for my kids Lindsey, the lady who has done my loans, stuck her neck out to get me the money I needed! Without her compassion and determination my kids would have missed Christmas. She is an asset to this company and the one and only reason I do a title pawn. Other company's in Cartersville use that GOD over you type attitude and make you feel like the enemy when problems occur. I highly recommend these folks and especially Lindsey! She's professional and compassionate too. Very rare in customer service nowadays. Thank you guys for helping me! Randy W.

  Was a customer of this place a long time. Rachael was the kind lady we dealt with at first. Repeat customers many times, paid on time every time, even paid off loans early. Last time we went for a title pawn, because we replaced a motor in one of our cars. Mostly all loans was for auto repairs. Lindsey was the new representative. Was turned down by the owner on a loan we was asking for. The reason was he didn't feel "comfortable" loaning to us. We already had a loan on our other car. Really?! Thanks to Lindsey for referring us to AutoCash Title Pawn, she was great to us. AutoPro lost a good customer that day. Around late 2018. If the owner reads this review, please call John at Auto Cash about the Robinson's. We got what we was asking for and moved our other loan to them. One pawn been paid off already and the last one is close to finish as well. AutoPro is good, but Auto Cash beat them in loan amount and interest rate.
