      This used to be a great bank. Now the debit cards don't work more often than they do. The new branch manager is rude and not willing to help. Best bet is to bank somewhere else, at least until they get their act together and go back to being a reliable community bank.

      Been with Century every since they opened. I am handicapped and they go out of their way to accommodate me. Everyone on the staff is friendly but Brenda Nathan and Zach have helped me the most. They explain things that I need help with. Just a great group of people that take care of all your banking needs

      Everyone very friendly. Helps you quickly with any issue. Tellers know you, and greets me by name. This is how your bank should be, so join the bank in Cartersville. Office Manager is Awesome!!

      I bank with Usaa. On Sunday july 8th I used the ATM at the Cartersville location. This ATM not only kept $20 but ripped several hundred dollars because the money became jammed in the machine. They basically said there is nothing they can do even though they know it has happened before. I must file a dispute with my bank. Usaa is thankfully very helpful, but beware of century bank as they do not care.

      Just open an account with them today. Staff was very friendly and walked me through everything and made sure I was happy when I left. The rest is to be discovered as we go high hope for the future with this bank.
