  I am glad I read the reviews . I had applied 3 times to get credit . They kept raising my deposit amount and said each time they could get me into a vehicle . What is not said is even though my credit is bad the payments are higher. For me it makes it nearly impossible to buy a car to improve my credit. A catch 22 supposedly for me

  So I went to ACC. I was in between them and another popular dealership. I chose this dealership due to their honesty, getting the car I wanted with in my budget. I know there are other dealerships, that works with you if you have poor credit. They do carry in-house contracts as well. What separates ACC from their competitors is their services. They go above and beyond. First off they allowed me to take the vehicle to Oswalds for a thorough inspection. This is very important to me, because just like any car from a dealership they're clean. You cannot see previous leaks or anything. The car came back very solid. The major issues that I did find was the driver seat in which there was a failed switch and rear passenger door for an Actuator. ACC was very fair and took care of that. Plus they addressed the smaller things as well. They are very professional and thorough. You will not be disappointed. I will continue business with them in the future.

  Drove 6 hrs from home to buy, told Kyle the salesman I am a traveling nurse and I need something reliable and I have kids! Not even 30 days in and I've had to have it towed twice! Missing work as we speak! Update since buying the car it had $1,200 of working it and it needs $700 more and I've only had it two months

  Helped me out 5 years ago and my saab still running strong. Had an issue with it that needed the motor replaced and that one went bad too but they worked with us. I know my situation wasnt good and I will be forever greatful. Used cars will always carry some risk. They carry a huge risk helping people with bad credit. Will buy again!

  DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE! We've had nothing but issues since we drove it off the lot, both with the car and the dealer, with repeated attempts to trade it for something else. Now, three months later, it wont even start. The dealer (Norm Taylor) tells us its too late, he's not going to help us. For a company that claims to help those that are going through a rough spot in their life, they sure don't act like it after the papers are signed.

  Super satisfied with Automatic Car Credit. Filled out the application @10P.M. received a call before noon the next day. Approved within 10 minutes. Left with a fun zippy vehicle having just $500 down. I was turned down at every other second chance type car place. Kyle was very professional, kind, and understanding. Husband went through them a year and a half ago. In 3 years I will be sending my teen to them.

  I wish I would have read the reviews before we went to buy a car from here. The customer service wss really good and he got us a car with our poor credit, but the car is definitely a pos. I've had it 6 months now and have had nothing but mechanical problems with it. I bought a new car because I needed a reliable vehicle. I didn't get one, even though I was told everything was great on it. Please get a second opinion on any car from there or go somewhere else.

  I had a great experience here, they got me in and out within an hour or less! Better than those other dealerships that take 4 hours! The car has a couple things wrong with it but they are taking care of me! I highly recommend these people to someone that's looking for a nice car!

  CROOKED DEALERSHIP! They make cheap “fixes” for major issues, only to buy time until it’s “too late” to be responsible for what is really wrong with the car. My family’s only car (Paid $7000) stops running after a few months. The response from the dealership? “I’m not paying for that!”

I have nothing but good things to say about them, I would definitely recommend them to anyone with credit or financial problems. They helped me get my first car and it runs great, the price was fair, and they even worked with me on the down payment!
