  I have been banking through Westmark Credit Union for as long as I can remember and I love it. I especially love the first street location because the staff are so nice and helpful. Jessie, in particular, has helped me so much with all of my questions I have had and she is always so patient. If you ever get the chance to work with her, I would definitely recommend it! She is very knowledgeable and has such a welcoming and professional personality.

  Westmark Credit Union is a top-notch credit union. Jessie Todd over at the 1st Street branch always is super friendly and goes out her way to really make each visit a wonderful experience. Westmark's financial services are everything you'd expect from a large financial institution but you still get great "small town" customer service. Even when we have to do business over the phone, Jessie is always there helping us out and making every experience positive. On those rare days when Jessie is not there to ask for, one of the other employees step in and are equally capable. We really trust Jessie and the folks at Westmark. Thanks!

  Westmark is the only place I will ever bank! I have been with these guys for 35+ years and I have NEVER once had a bad experience. My father passed away this year (April) and they helped me through the whole process. I was on the phone with them one day and started crying as I closed my dad's account. The lady was so kind and understanding, and a few days later they had sent me a sympathy card for my loss, and several employees signed it! This went above and beyond any business expectations. If you are looking for a personable company who actually cares about you as an individual, this is the place to go! I don't remember the name of the lady that sent the card, and I'm not sure which branch it was from, but I hope she knows how much that meant to me. Thank you! :)

  I have been banking at Westmark for about 7 years, and I have never had a bad experience. Every time I have had an issue, it is resolved so quickly. The staff is always so welcoming and friendly, especially Jessie. She always goes above and beyond to make me feel special. She is very knowledgeable and always gives the best customer service.

  Although I’ve been offered many times to do the direct deposit, I will never change the way I do it now of going in person and having my favorite bank teller, Erica, help me out. Always with great attention and attitude, she never fails to make my experience with her at the WestMark bank anything less then perfect. Greatest decision was choosing this bank and I will be sure to make sure all hear about this amazing location!

  I absolutely enjoy banking with Westmark Credit Union. I have loaned most of my vehicles here but my most recent experience was purchasing a car out of state. Dylan Richins made the process super smooth and was super helpful!! Dylan also helped me by offering a credit card with a better rate than what i had. Supper happy he was able to help us.

  Jessie Todd is heaven sent, she is always so kind and helpful whenever I walk through the doors. Remembering me by name, asking genuine questions about me and my life. She goes above and beyond, always, for member service. If I could, I would rate my experience an 11 out of 10 stars. 10 stars for this wonderful credit union, the extra being Jessie. Recently, she has helped me redeem my cash reward points. Making it fast, and simple for me!

  I’ve been banking at Westmark for 20 years and they have always been a good bank! Dylan seemed uninterested in helping me get a loan or even talking for that matter, but I was able to get the loan at the Channing Way branch. I still go to the first street branch just to see Jessie Todd, she is always so helpful and nice!!

  Fast, Friendly, and Great customer service!! When I called into the 1st street office to inquire on refinancing my loan from an another bank, the service I received from Kristen Kimmey was beyond fantastic!! She was able to help me with a lower rate, shorter term and payment still lower then what I already had. She was fast, efficient and had my loan completed before the end of day!! It is so nice to call a Credit Union and not have to go through all the hoops and jumps just to get information on a potential loan. To have it all completed that same day and without me having to step foot into the branch was AMAZING!!!! Thank You KRISTEN KIMMEY!!! you are the best!!!

  I have banked with Westmark since my 18th birthday and absolutely love them! Having tellers and member service representatives that remember your name, are genuine, and provide that small town feel. Jessie-Lynn Todd and Kassidy Fellows are always there to make visits as simple as possible even during these crazy times. I wouldn't choose another place to bank or another branch in a million years! Love the First Street Branch!
