  Awesome to Awful: I bought a new Titan here about a year ago. Loved the transaction and process. I was a lifetime customer here. Until today… Over the past few months I’ve been getting email and text from this dealership telling me they want to buy my truck. I figured since I have some lifestyle changes it might be a good Idea. After using their online tool to see what the trade-in range would be, I decided it might be worth it. After several back and forth with Mr. Skaggs I decided to come in and see a different truck. After the 45-minute drive to get there Mr. Skaggs was nowhere. I met with Jordan, who I had the pleasure of dealing with before. Talking to Jordan I realized they might have lured me to the dealership to pitch some misinformation to me. My “offer” from the website was a range 4 thousand more than what the dealership offered. I had the whole BAIT and SWITCH pulled on me. If they’re going to use a “third party” site on their website, they should stand by it, or not use it. This whole experience ruined me on this dealership. Zero integrity. I wasted my time online with this dealership, 45 minutes to get there, 45-1 hour there, 45 minutes home. They didn’t respect my time or my willingness to be a return customer. Return I wont. They may have sent me back to Toyota.

  Hi Greg, We dropped the ball here, and we're devastated we upset a long time customer. The tool on our website isn't a "guaranteed offer", it is simply a tool used to give our customers a price RANGE on what their vehicle is worth. It should've been in the disclaimer for the offer you received. Our staff dropped the ball and did not clearly explain that before you drove out 45 minutes. This has been sent to everyone in Executive Management to discuss and use as a learning experience. We are very sorry, and we hope you re-consider in the future.   I was in an upside down auto loan, but AutoCenters Nissan got me into a loan with a New Nissan Kicks that dropped my apr by 2/3s! Kassie contacted me and scheduled me to come in and Kyle & Randy took care of me, from A to Z. I can say that I'm in a much better loan and went from a 2015 Cruz to a brand new 2020 Nissan Kicks!! I got an amazing warranty and pre paid oil change and tire rotation for 7 years.

  The service part was great got a flat tire called them they set up a time for me to be there got me right in replaced my tire with no coast to me and got me on my way so I could get to work . Thank you Austin for all your help getting me set up and thanks to the crew for getting me in and out. Gret service!!

  I own a Nissan because of this service department! Top notch group of guys. They are all very helpful, explain things in great detail and always look for the best deal. They directly handle the warranty company and check your Nissan rewards before giving you any final costs. Great customer service!

  I've bought two cars from here now and they are much better than others. I went to a place right down the road from me was awful and decided to go to them again even though they are a 44 minute drive and loved my experience both times.
