      This was a GREAT experience! Roy is the best sales person I have come in contact with. He was straight forward, didn't just say what I wanted to hear. He worked hard for me and I really appreciated it. I will definitely be sending some people his way. THANKS ROY!!!!!!!

      We drove hours to look at a car called the salesman to verify twice before leaving town we get there he tells us they have that car but it actually has more miles on it. So he couldn't even go out to car and physically check mileage. Then we make a deal on a different car for a certain price and certain terms that they said they could match my financing rate and terms of loan I had received from my bank. They could not and didn't tell me this until after papers were signed because they knew I wouldn't sign if they didn't match terms also when finalzing papers added $900 gap protection and a warranty that he made it seem like was included never said it was extra completely dissatisfied with this experience have dealt with many Nissan dealerships and will never ever go back to this one.

      Let me start off by saying I would never refer anyone to this dealership. It started off with the salesman John telling me one price but after I started to sign the paperwork it was different then what we discussed. After that i took the vehicle home and realized my key didn't lock or unlock my vehicle. So of course I called to let them know and they told me that oh its probably the battery; no problem just come back up here. Now remind you they are located in wood river, il and I live in st.louis, mo 40 minutes away. But since I still had to return to pick up my title ok no biggie. But how about once I got there they told I had to go next door to the Chrysler dealership because they didn't have the special tool to open the key remote. Get to the Chrysler dealership and to my surprise the special tool was a screw driver. Oh and they made me pay $4 for a battery. Ok and to sum it all up I get to the drivers license bureau and none of the paperwork that they claimed was in the packet to get my plates were in there. So I called to see where was safety and emissions test paperwork was after transferring to several different people someone finally informed me that because I live in Missouri that I had to get that done on my own. Oh and my title registration paper had been white outed and highlighted on so the license bureau wouldn't accept that without an affidavit showing the corrections. And to to sum it up the lady had to nerve to call me and tell me they were sending me a $25 check for my troubles. LOL I couldn't believe her. Oh did I mention the asked me to take a picture for facebook. Sure how about I take this picture of this paperwork and thank you card the salesman John filled out spelling Chrysler... Chrisler several times. Yeah the entire company is a joke. I will not return nor will I ever send anyone to them.

We absolutely do compensate our Missouri customer any late fees for registration when we’ve processed paperwork incorrectly, our goal is to get it all right the first time, every time and however we can make mistakes. As we are a Nissan Illinois Dealer we cannot perform Missouri emissions testing and do have some restrictions at times with manufacture specific tool/parts needs. Our Management Team is more than happy to discuss these concerns at any time and/or help resolve any items that may be stopping you from registering the vehicle.

      Called multiple times trying to make a deal on a truck that has been there 6 months. Live 2 hours away willing too drive and make a purchase. Told a guy i need a certain price on my trade in that i have already been offered by another dealer for a more expensive newer truck and he said no way. Honestly an over all bad experience with this dealership. Not sure who runs it but something needs changed.

      Always helpful and quick service here at AutoCenters Nissan. Representatives are polite and recommend services, but are never pushy. Waiting room is set up with drinks, snacks, and an office area for those who need to work. Wifi is available, and I never have any trouble connecting. Consistently excellent service and excellent experience!

      Completely misled on the phone, was told I wouldn't have to wait long only to get there and wait 2 hours while the person who was dealing with us was also helping several other people. Explained our entire situation over the to avoid this situation only to be told the exact opposite after 2 hours of sitting. Not to mention the person helping us (Lawrence) was trying to sell us a firestick on the side instead of actually discussing the situation. All cars were over priced and I wasn't even allowed to drive it until the went through there stuff, probably one of the worst times at a dealership and I have bought 5 cars in the last 3 years. Won't go back, even if they would be the only ones who can either help or have the car I want.

      On March 10, 2017 I made the best decision to buy a new car. My previous car broke down, and wasn't worth getting fixed nomore. I was approved to go to Nissan in Woodriver, IL and met Roger Dodd! He made my first experience the BEST I could of asked for. He is very professional, and made sure I got what I wanted. I couldn't of asked for a better person. Roger is the BEST!!

      From the moment I walked in until the moment I left the staff was very friendly. We dealt mostly with Ryan, he was very patient and kind, and he made me feel like I was family there. He showed me everything on the truck I ended up purchasing. He was very straight forward and didnt try and pressure me into buying anything! Im 33 As long as Ryan is there I wont even consider even looking at other dealships. I have recommended him to my friends and family. Ryan also calls me every few months to make sure everything is going good. Great experience A++++++++++++++!!!!
