  Just bought a Jeep from here through Tony and could not be happier. He made the process easy and was not pushy. Got us in and out quick. Also had a great experience with Devin in the finance department. I will definitely look to buy another vehicle here.

  I bought my Charger from Tony Hume and it was the best car experience I have ever had. I was in and out in less than 2 hours and he was so pleasant to work with. Him and David (the finance guy 4800) made it so easy for me to buy the car i have been wanting!

  When they say "You Gotta Go to Federico" it really is because you gotta go. My experience with the Federico Dealership was beyond stellar. The moment you walk into the dealership you are greeted with friendly smiles and a warm happy atmosphere. They are truly there for you and your needs. All of my wishes for my Jeep were met and then some (Brand new tires!!). Steve Junge did an excellent job explaining all of the features of my Jeep. The paperwork process was smooth and painless. I never once felt any car buying pressure from anyone. I really wish I could rank Federico with more stars, because I would. My husband is already planning his next vehicle purchase from Federico!

  Great truck and great service! Our salesman Kevin was awesome! Also, have to give credit to Farrah! She was awesome as well!! Definitely will work with them again!

  Easy going, Cheryl knew the product we wanted she worked diligently to provide it, even though she was very busy with other customers. I sold cars for a couple of years an she impressed me with her product knowledge an salesmanship! The finance girl was pleasant an knew her job well also 👍to the dealership

  After a horrible experience at a dealership in Columbia Illinois we found Federico in wood river Illinois online and they had great reviews. I called and said I don’t want any bs so give me your best! They sent us to Sheryl who then proceeded to do anything and everything she could to make our situation work. In the end she was honest and not able to get our payment what we needed so reality hit and we had to budge a little on our end. Sheryl ended up getting us a van even better then what we went in for and stayed late with the whole team to make it all happen that day! In the end the only negative thing I have to say is it was listed on their website as having remote start. In the end it did not....I would’ve wanted them to install for us because it was listed and sold with the understanding of remote start. The van was already lowest price so I believe they could have lost money if they did that. I’m just a believer in if it’s listed it should be included having worked in customer service and retail all my adult years. Ultimately I would 100% recommend this place and have to several people so far.
