  Customer service is absolutely unheard of at lafcu. Takes weeks to return calls, snotty tellers that make every excuse in the book as to why things are not completed timely.

  Drive through tellers are incredibly slow. When you could go inside for banking very unfriendly for customers. It's a Taj Mahal for employees not so much for customers.

  I have been using this branch for over a decade and have had nothing but great customer service. The only time I have had to wait in line is at peak hours when you would expect to have to wait, but even then the lines move quickly. I will continue to do my banking with them for a long time.

  Each year Management, where I live, requests 6 months of my bank statements for recertification of my apartment with NO response from them! How in the HELL am I supposed to get these statements when NO answers the phone? My time is almost up for recertification and may be put out because LAFCU won’t respond to management requests! I need my statements!!

  I have been a member for a long time. LAFCU has been a wonderful financial institution. Years ago I belonged to another cu and am thankful I switched. Wonderful customer service, both on the phone and face to face.

  I've been with LAFCU since I was 16 years old..I'm 37 now! They have always been so good to me..if ever I needed assistance it was nothing to get it handled. I will forever be a LAFCU member. Thank you!!!

  The wait times at the drive through are absolutely horrendous!!!! I do not understand why there would be more employees on staff to help your customers. Will be switching banks only for this reason.

  I have been with LAFCU for over 25 yrs and have the had the same hospitality and curtasey from day one never had an error in the banking atm is a perfect style of banking for me will be here hopefully for another 25 years God willing as I am 75 yrs old
