  This company clearly thinks people with medical debt deserve to have their lives ruined. Even if you pay your debt in full, they will never remove it from your credit report. It is against company policy. If it were debt for a credit card or loan I could understand but it is medical debt. They say removing it from my report would be "credit manipulation." So I guess I will put my life on hold for the next 7 years while i wait for this to fall off. Doesn't give much incentive to pay off your debt though.

  They deserve no star and I'd have posted 0 star if possible. Their customer care is rude and uncouth. They never wanna listen to any explanation and keep cutting in. They claim to have mailed out a bill and the bill never got to me and they suggested I use my tax return to offset a bill that they failed to give my insurance company 3 years and a month ago and they never wanna accept responsibility for their action(s). Very unprofessional in their conducts.

  If zero stars was an option that's what they would get! Rudest company in the business! Had a collection with them for $313. They refuse to work with me to pay this off which is the only collection on my credit report! The CSR then started asking personal questions that have nothing to do with my debt to them! Long story short......have your debt transferred or just don't pay them at all, better than stressing yourself out to pay a debt, which is stressful itself!

  SERIOUSLY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! They've been contacting me to collect a debt and they're the rudest, most ignorant people I've ever spoken to! They won't let me explain the situation; which is; my doctor told them to put a hold on the account because my doctor needed to submit the bill to a secondary health insurance yet they keep contacting me. The lady assigned to my case is a real moron and her supervisor wasn't any better. They keep cutting me off in the middle of me explaining the situation and I'm ready to take them to court for harassment. I feel bad for anyone who has to deal with this JOKE of a company!!!!

  the most rudest company ever. my bill (medical) was over 10yrs old and I paid it just because I wanted to clear up old debts. they refuse to remove it from off my credit report. Customer service was really nasty with me but nice as hell when I paid my money And this page will not allow for us to post without adding a star go figure

  I was not on hold for even a minute. I had no information for them as I just seen the collection on my credit report. Anita was patient and helped me pay off my balance with ease.

  They are f'g stupid to send a letter that starts out saying "you are disappointing for not paying your bill." My response is f" you you pay it then and see whose more disappointing. Then they claim to have reached out to me...I DONT KNOW WHO KEEPS TRACK OF YOUR non calling asses but no phone calls here so F off if I get money to pay ok and if I don't ok. Can't take nothing if I don't have nothing. Stupid disappointing MRN. Screw your rude ass

  Called to settle a debt. Woman got loud and obnoxious after she repeatedly stated I was not in there system. Would not let me talk. As far as im concerned im not in your system i dont owe you money.

  Rudest people I have ever dealt with. Would not give me a chance to explain situation. I kept getting hung up and was treated very disrespected.

  I would not have even posted this star but just wanted to say that these people are not helpful they tell u that the business didn't tell them u paid that business then turn around and blame u and try to force u to pay same damn bill over again this place should not even exist period rude ,unhelpful,no reasoning,might as well talk to a wall👎👎👎👎👎😬
