Alaina Viana1Make sure you request a copy of your account that shows how much of your car payments are applied against the principle portion of the debt, and how much they take in interest. When I requested a copy of my son's account history, I found that 75% of his car payments were not applied against the car loan. This means that his car loan balance will never go down and he will pay 3 times more than he contracted. These people are not only rude, but they are also theives. Unfortunately for them, I can afford a lawyer and i am going to get justice.

I spoke with Xiomara who was able to help me make an arrangement where I paid X now, and they were able to waive two payments, allowing me to catch up when I would have still been behind. I really appreciate the way that I was treated, especially considering that it's Christmas time.

Me and my wife went to them looking for a van something that could provide safe travels as we were starting foster care and we’re planning to take in three siblings and our car was not large enough to support such a large family we came to them at about 7 AM on a SaturdayWe did not leave until after 930 at night which I should have known in the fact that it took so long and they were so unprofessional in doing the entire agreement that this was going to be a terrible arrangement but we did get a van and we were happy at first but within the first two weeks of having the vehicle the starter started going on the van and and it would randomly shut off or not turn on when trying to go we had the battery checked we had the connections checked it was certainly the starter that was the problem I contacted them trying to get some help with what’s going on they advised me that I could take it to their mechanic who would automatically charge me $200 just to look at it and then I would be responsible for the repairs as it would not be covered under their warranty I then did what I did not want to do and I voluntarily signed paperwork to have the vehicle repossessedThey contacted me about an hour later saying that they would have their mechanic look at it for free and if the repairs were more than a certain amount they would exchange the vehicle for another one I gladly excepted and they told me that it would take about 2 to 3 weeks for them to get to the vehicle as they had other cars that needed to be worked on About a week and a half later I had gotten a notice in the mail stating that the vehicle was set to be put up for auction on the same day I also received a notice saying that the vehicle was sold at auction and that I had almost $6000 still remaining to pay about three days later I received a call from someone trying to serve me papers when I receive them they had advised me that they would start drafting money from my paycheck if I did not call and set up an arrangement so I did this was two years ago upon speaking with the representative from the collections place I first ask for a manager Due to the fact that We had gone through so much not to mention when trying to get in contact with them they have only one representative that answers the phone so you repetitively must call them as they never give you a call back I was told that I was going to get a supervisor to give me a call within 24 hours and I never received one the following month when I called to make my payment she had agreed to lower the interest rate she had told me that it would be at 4% in June of this year I had spoke with her again in regards to the fact that I had only had this vehicle for such a short time and it was sold out from under me before I even had the chance to do something about it and was looking for some additional help in the fact that I’ve wanted to pay it off she agreed to lower down and charge no interest so that I could make a lump sum payment this January after taxes were received so now the taxes are about to come out I contacted her again today and after I made my payment I asked her how much was left on the vehicle she told me that I still had $3100 remaining which does not make sense she then told me that she had only reduced the interest down to 15% when we had spoke in the first place and that in order to close my account the lowest that she would go was $2800 in a lump sum payment that could not be paid in installments I am not even getting that much in taxes And if I don’t make the payment by the end of April then she will tack on all the additional interest that I should have had during that time so be where as this is the worst thing that I could’ve ever done and the worst company I have ever done business with I’ve been making my payments monthly ever since I set up the arrangement and still I feel like I’m never getting out

Tabitha Davidson1Run away from this place!! This place will scam you. They will tell you that your late in payments but in reality your not. They will tell you that you must purchase their insurance before driving off the lot. When you try to have it removed they give you the run around. I cannot wait until my truck is paid off so I can be done with them. Management never returns calls, just so you know.

Radio Flo4I had a bad experience with some of the female agents on the customer service phone number but Timothy was great. I call and get great service from Timothy every time. The ladies seem to be less customers service oriented and confrontational. You need 10 more Timothys.

NSF PHX5Whenever i call i talk with Timothy. He rocks!! I was in a tough spot they approved me and we move on. When u absolutely need to get approved they find a way. Every time i call they help im nice to them and they are nice to me. If im late or need more time i work with them to get things done. Thanks always for the help Tim.

Murk Flow1Alex coronas is the manager at the customer service center and he should be fired. he stated he is the manager but does not know how to talk to customers. called me 'DUDE" on the phone because i was frustrated that my car has been in the shop for 2 in a half weeks to get fixed because of my transmission. vanessa made a promise to call me back an make sure my parts for my transmission came in to the service department. she also promised to get my deductible waved and i never received a call back . when i call back i speak with the manager alex to state my concern and he tells me im SOL there is nothing he can do about it. i would advise anyone who i going to consider getting a car from them to run away as far as you can. they do not care a out you they just want to make sure you make the payments . Also will be reporting this to the BBB.

Disgusted Clan1Absolutely deceitful the dealerships they go through their vehicles are constantly having brakes and repairs to be done had a 2013 Hyundai Accent how to get a new battery within a week fix two rotors get to brake pads fix rear view mirror new heat shield because it was barbed wire to the car no spare donut no Jack or tools had to get a tire cause there was a small leak in one. They were rude and not helpful whatsoever would definitely recommend not getting Financial Services through them 100%

Brandon Boileau1We reach an agreement in court for payments on a defaulted loan, which was my fault. This is where the 1 star comes in. The lawyer SPECIFICALLY STATED I WOULD BE CONTACTED BY THE COMPANY FOR PAYMENT INFORMATION. I tried to give it to them in court. He would not take it. I waited 6 weeks before I finally called. They said they would get to me. This is 2 weeks after the 1st payment was to be made. I call them another 6 weeks later and find out I’m being garnished 25% of my wages. HERES THE KICKER: THEY SAID THEY TRIED TO CONTACT ME. These people are SHADY. Luckily I will be filing bankruptcy soon and they can eat every penny they aren’t going to get of that loan.
