  I've worked in marketing, PR, and sales my entire career. Reviews (written or word of mouth) can make or break your business. Austin Bank in Whitehouse, Texas, is like going back in time. Real people who answer the phone and greet you (by name) in the lobby. I rarely have issues, but if I do, someone solves it for me - that day. If your bank has been swallowed by a large company who doesn't know you from anyone else - switch - to Austin Bank. I highly recommend Patty and her team.

  I recently formed my own LLC and needed to quickly open a business account. If I had any doubts or concerns about my decision to go with a local bank, Customer Service Representative Cheree Carnes eliminated them. She is attentive and well-informed--a true professional. She patiently walked me through the process, thoroughly answered all my questions, and demonstrated a personal sense of community that I have never experienced at another bank.   Encountered the most rude tellers in my entire life. Every employee had the appearance that they absolutely hated their jobs. Thought about opening an account with Austin Bank until this experience.

  Went to open a checking account. Had payroll check from Ryan logistic,wanted to hold account up to nine day.no efforts at all was made by bank staff. Have auto loan with three years no problem.
