  I'm having the worst experience with a lending institution that i have ever dealt with. First they push you through a call center and they give you different information of forms of payment and then when you get to the actual bank they tell you something totally different. Then they have me drive one hour to a DMV to get my title only to have the DMV tell mw that they can't give the title because the lender hasn't put any information in the system. So you do everything right and payoff your loan and the lender doesn't give you your title or help and give credible information on how to get your title. There is a total disconnect between the call center and the actual bank branches and each side blaming the other side for the wrong information

  I have never been treated so poorly by a credit union my whole life. Horrible customer service, horrible loan representative experience. I will never have an account here or recommend others go here. Avoid if at all possible

  Excited to see a New Location closer to me. Arrived today & went inside - No tellers, nothing but machines & someone standing at a central desk guiding those to the"machines". I ask if there were tellers & she stated "No, this is a new technology bank"! REALLY - how does customer service work with machines. Unbelievable that "tech" has screwed the banking up now. Sometimes you WANT to speak with a teller - I WILL NOT speak with a machine. And of course, there is NOTHING to notify you of this type of branch prior to you turning in, parking & walking inside - Which was a complete waste of my time. I will be closing my accounts & moving on!!

  I recently worked with Tammie for a home mortgage. The process was very easy. All communication was done over email, and all documents were uploaded to their website. I highly recommend them.

  I have been with altra since I was 17....im now 34. I honestly dont know why either. Im at the end of my rope. They seem to always hold on to payments instead of processing them (especially if your close to being low on cash...like they're waiting for you to run out so that u can go into overdraft or have a declined payment). They have on several occasions debited my credit card without asking to make a payment to THEM and i nor received a call nor email. And today took the cake...i am out of town for work and was supposed to by a plane ticket back home and behold...my credit card is BLOCKED yet again. Which means no gas, no food, no ATM, no acces to your money in the bank...NO NOTHING. And then i check my bank acct only to find that they have withdrew 144.00 out of my acct to post to my visa card. Thing is, if just stole my money to pay yourself then why did you still block my card. A simple phone call would have sufficed. So now im stuck OUT OF TOWN, with no money to get a room, food, or anything. They have left me stranded and thus sleeping in my car tonight. I am a woman and this is what they have did. No way in hell should i have thousands in the bank that I cant get to. I see why people dont put their money in banks. So i will be searching for a new one in the morning. Pissed and alone

  The best service that I've had out of all places I've used. We're getting ready to close on a house, and Altra made the process smooth for me. It's great I love it!

  Just came down from Colorado, was gonna use this bank but the teller I spoke to (Errin) was just rude, unhelpful and off-putting. Definitely going somewhere else.

  I have been with altra since in was 16 I'm 39 now and I will never change banks it's the best to me.
