  I don't think I can overstate how good my experience with Augusta lending was! The home I purchased was for sale by owner, and Darek and Teri walked me through every single step. They really do help to educate you as a homebuyer. Beyond that, the rate options and loans they found for me were significantly better than what what a close friend with better income and credit had got from a larger lender! Closing was incredibly fast and seamless, (I closed 30 days after seeing the ad for the home) and Darek found ways to cut my closing costs beyond the estimates. If you want the best, this is the place to go!

  We recently went to Augusta Lending, LLC to refinance our home loan, we specifically worked with Darek Robinson. We can’t say enough good about the excellent service rendered to us by Darek. Everything felt seamless from the initial contact to the day we signed the paperwork. All of our questions were answered in a timely fashion and not once did we feel that any were unimportant or an inconvenience. The level of professionalism was second to none, and we felt like were treated like good friends.   Darek Robinson helped me with the purchase of my home as well as refinancing it 2 years later. Both times the process was smooth, easy, and much faster than expected. The rates he got for me matched or beat all of the competing bids and the closing costs were lower than most. He is easy to work with, great at answering questions, and easy to get ahold of. he even got me an appraisal waiver on my refinance with helped me avoid the cost, time, and stress associated with that step.
