  We were the victims of some fraud and while the crook made a clean get away, we were stuck with an account in the negative. We have banked with Altabank/Bank of American Fork for over 15 years and we had 10 days to bring the account current or be sent to collections. "That's just the policy". No options for payments or help after being long time customers and the victims of fraud. I've since been very happy with AFCU and will never bank with Altabank again.

  Bank of AF has great customer service. It's nice to use a bank that treats you as a person, not just a #. We like the small town friendliness. Out of the 40 years we've had our money in different banks, our experience with Bank of AF has been the best by far.

  I think the ladies that work in the lobby of bank are excellent. As far as the mortage loan officer, that shall remain nameless, He needs a class in more manners on the phone and being more helpfull instead of passing the buck to someone else.

  Janice told me they are busy and I need to wait. I replied I am in a hurry and she told me she will send me to customer service. Not helpful.

  Bank of American Fork was great great customer service awesome experience but as soon as they changed to alter bank They became a money grubbing fee charging corporate institution. Within one month of them changing names I received 4 differnt letters explaining how they would be charging fees for everything that you do in the banking industry. Check fees, balance fees, deposit fees all this crapp I will never do business with this bank again.

  I'd give it 0 stars if I could. Worst bank EVER. They have lost my deposit and all I get is "I don't know" answers. They take forever for Even debit transactions to post. Some dont even show for almost a week. The employees don't show any confidence or any knowledge of their own systems. Horrible bank.

  Been using this bank now for 4 years and never a problem. Safe and convenient as I live in California and have no problem.

  Very unhelpful and won't let me work on company account even though I am an owner and have all the right documents. Other branches are more than willing to help. Not very well educated at this branch.
