  Nate Jensen's Title company has been around for a long time. This is never more apparent than when you need someone with the experience to handle tricky real estate transactions. Even real estate sales that appear straightforward, at first, can be very misleading. Nate's team at Atlas Abstract is so good at the incredible detail work needed to ensure a successful and legally correct closing to these transactions, I would never recommend anyone else in the Brainerd Lakes or north central Minnesota area.

  When I purchased my home in 2009 Atlas Abstract was the title company that took care of the closing documentation. As a first time home buyer I was not sure what to expect and they helped make the process simple and painless.

  Needed some mortgage papers notarized, made same day appointment. Friendly, willing to help locals. I will definitely use them in the future as I purchase other land or properties.
