  I would remove any money you have in this institution. In times like these they decide to place 30 day holds on money deposited through their app. This was a deposit from a top rated insurance company. As soon as they release this money I am closing all accounts.

  I have worked with MidMinnesota for years! When ever I call every agent is extremely helpful. Loan applications are approved same day and funded the same day (for me). Low bank fees for NFS no account fees. Online access has got way better! Also web access is more secure too. Drive up can be fast and friendly. ATM service is fast. I love the new locations.

  Don’t use this place ! SHARED MY SOCAIL SECURITY NUMBER ! They now won’t even contact me back, taking advantage of a 19 year old! Stay away unless you want all your personal information shared! They won’t even fix the problem !

  Very rude staff. They are unwilling to help, and will give you a $25 fee any chance they can.

  Awesome auto rates but the fees on checking accounts are steep.... if you don't have the "right " account for you.

  Extremely poor customer service. Spoke to a rep in the Brainerd office face to face and they told me there was a POD on my mother’s account. When she passed away, they couldn’t ‘find’ a POD. Magically, it disappeared!
