Jayson Tuma120+ year customer, needed a sheet of checks printed since I’m on the road. They would only do it if for a $3 fee. Rude “manager” Leanne says Wells Fargo does not and can not waive the fee nor is she able to do so. News Flash, other Wells Fargo branches have waived these fees. It’s the little things like this with large banks that make you ask yourself why you still bank with them. And to top it off my wife just closed her account with Affinity Plus before we headed to Wells Fargo. So if you’re local to Minnesota, especially Brainerd do yourself a favor and bank with the nice people and community of Affinity Plus.

Cat B1Now there is a new rule that you must make an appointment ahead of time to get in your safe deposit box. Seriously?? If personal bankers don't have 5 min to do this on demand, WF should stop being cheap and hire more staff.

AR875GREG is literally the best banker I have ever dealt with in my entire life. I have on more than one occasion so my opinion is legitimate and if you ever get the chance to talk to him he will make you so happy no matter what you're coming in for, because that's the kind of stand up guy he is. Also this entire branch is insanely personable. Everyone says "hi" the second you walk in and makes sure you are helped with right away. I've lived in 6 different states and traveled a lot and no branch has been as pleasantly consistiant as this one. I don't ever leave reviews on google but I had to about this place.

Jessica B1Drive thru wait times are unbelievable. If you have 4 lanes open, you should have adequate coverage for all lanes. Wait time is never less than 15 minutes.

Dawn Cain3Staff seems to have improved over the last few years. However I was not pleased when I called about my joint account with my husband and they refused to speak with me even though I am on the account.

Justin Morris1I tried to close my account and I got three completely different answers. Sounds to me like Wells Fargo needs to do a better job training people especially during this virus situation.
