susan kendall1The man Issac refused to help me with verifying my address. I have not received my debit card in the mail and was trying to make sure they had the correct address on file, as I recently moved. He asked me to verify my full name, phone number and possible address. I did; I even gave him both addresses to make sure. Then he asked for my social security number, I explained to him that I do not feel comfortable with giving out my social security number over the phone. Issac then said “well if you don’t provide me with your information then I can’t do anything for you”. I asked to speak to the branch manager then his tone became aggressive as he huffed and told me she was busy. OK, I emptied out my account and closed it. Is that enough verification for you Mr.Issac?

For security reasons we do ask for several key pieces of information in order to identify individuals who call in as the authorized account holder. If we are not able to obtain this information we must ask that that individual comes to the branch so we can verify them in person. Thea Artis1Terrible bank. They have very few locations, and none locally have Saturday hours. Then they closed the 1 that was convenient. I never got any checks. It took forever to get my debit card and then it didn't work. Then they wanted to charge a $25 fee to close the account. When I went in to close my account, an employee had my working debit card just sitting there. I had been waiting for it for months, and they just had it sitting there. They claim they called me, but I never got a message. And if they did, call they obviously never called again.

J M1When my father and i left the parking lot on the 22nd street side we were attack by a whole bunch of riffraff that was hiding in the bushes. They ran out in front of my car They were hitting kicking my car. They tried to bust windows and tried grabbing my handle to my car. Not a safe place to do business at.

Immediate availability for cash deposits through the ATM is an enhancement that we are currently working on to provide in the future. When a deposit is made in the ATM before 4pm on a business day, the deposit would be available in the account on the same day between 5 and 6.
