  Everyone knows that the house buying process if full of unknowns and frustrations. However, I am glad we got John Piloyants to be our mortgage guy. He provided us with details and guided us through the entire process. John was patient and broke down things to us in layman's terms.   We recently refinanced our property with Atlantic Finance Group. John was exceptionally helpful, informative and responsive in every aspect and every step of the way during what it would have been a pretty stressful process otherwise. No question or concern was left unanswered, and the rate we received was amazing! My own bank that I took loan from initially 18 years ago could not come close to his rates. John made the whole process easy and seamless, and has been very professional from day one. I have already recommended to friends and family. I look forward to doing business with him in the future.

  I recently refinanced my house with Atlantic Finance Group. What can I say!? John Piloyants did a great job. He was professional, patient, responsive, and answered all my questions.   Let me tell you about a gentleman named John Piloyants!! In your journey in life you meet people who are good and others who are bad. But sometimes you meet someone who is absolutely Exceptional! Caring, Honest, Dedicated, and most of all,Thorough. John gives it to you straight. He tells you exactly what the situation is. Where you stand, what it takes, and what to do to make it to the finish line. John got me to my finish line!!! I am so humbly thankful, honored and blessed to have had John by my side in purchasing my first home, and those to come. Thanks to him, he made my twin brother and I homeowners before 30 years old.   As a first-time home buyer, I am glad I found a home mortgage broker to figure out what I needed to do to get the home of my dreams. After shopping around, I contacted Atlantic Finance Group over a year ago, and I was immediately comfortable and impressed with John, who is the boss of the whole operation. John spent a lot of time with me to get an accurate picture of what I wanted, and where I stood financially to get me the best deal that he could. While I could have been approved at that time for a good home, John knew I wanted a great home with the best possible rates so he set me up with his credit repair specialist at no cost to me. They were very patient with me and walked me through everything I needed to do, and a year later after following their plan I felt ready to start seriously looking at houses with my realtor. When I finally found a great house, and was ready to make an offer, John followed up with the seller’s agent personally to emphasize how strong of a prospective buyer I was. This helped me win the bid in a very competitive market against multiple bidders on the property. John then immediately went to work behind the scenes and we had our mortgage commitment within days. What was even more impressive to me was how the shelter in place orders due to COVID19 around that same time did not stop John and his team one bit. I was worried my deal would collapse and I could lose my future home due to factors outside of my control, but they continuously surprised me with their ability to adapt and evolve as the pandemic continued to complicate daily life in new and unexpected ways. They worked fast to lock me in at an amazing rate, saving me thousands of dollars over the life of the mortgage and on closing costs (he doesn’t charge any broker fees) compared to other institutions. His team even helped me save more money in other aspects of my life. For instance, they lined me up with a local independent insurance agent for my homeowners insurance who in turn helped me lower my car insurance significantly. John’s team was there for me during every step of the home-buying process, all the way up to our virtual closing. He would always explain to me what was happening behind the scenes, and was always available for questions. He would update me frequently on all happenings pertaining to the process in a timely fashion. He made everything so easy. If not for the township taking a while to handle our request for a tax certification due to COVID19 we would have closed in two weeks. Regardless, I’m just ecstatic I was able to get my home despite all the chaos caused by the pandemic. From the beginning, the team at Atlantic Finance Group was very professional, and very knowledgeable about the market and all the different mortgage products. They helped me become more financially savvy, not just for this process, but going forward. I never felt rushed, and they worked with me to get an amazing home. I am so thankful to them, and if I am in the market for a home again at some point in the future, they will be my first phone call again!

  I was very pleased and impressed with the service I received from John. He was the most responsive person I have ever dealt with. He made the house buying experience a very positive event even during the tough times the country is going through now.
