  Before pandemic nice tellers an management after it opened it's been a mess to get inside always a line or 1 teller chaos drive through same not enough help I started going to the TD that r run properly an much better won't go to this one anymore!

  This bank is so slow. I need a copy of a cancelled check. They only go back 60 days online and said I have to wait for a customer service desk to open. There is absolutely no reason they can’t handle this from their website. Instead I have to go in and wait 30 minutes for them to print a copy.

  Customer service is too slow. Line is always awkward at TD Bank. Where are you suppose to stand or sit when you are waiting? When there are too many people, the large open space is confusing.

  If you Come before 9:30 AM. You have to stand in line for 20-30 mins outside the bank in sun. To get in the bank. Very slow service in the morning.

  I've been banking with this branch for many years and I've never had a bad experience. Each transaction was done professionally with respect. Therefore, I will continue to make this my branch of choice.

  They deserve no star but 1 was the least I could give. They have zero and I mean zero customer service skills. This branch should be closed.

  Ive opened an account over a month now and im still without my debit card. Even surrounding area branches are telling me that s"ome guy has a part for the card machine so its not working?" The other saying "the guy should have been here to fix it from last week, sorry its not working."

  This place has the slowest staff. I have seen other busy locations that are way faster than this place. I mean when you are 2nd in line for over 15 minutes it becomes quite pathetic. Speed up please.
