  Bethany and Stephanie went above and beyond what they should have to do, and what most loan agencies will. They both made the buying process a lot less stressful. It was my first time not using any realtors, and they answered questions and provided assistance before and after hours. Beat experience I’ve ever had with any Loan agency.

  I dealt with Tracy Davenport and she was amazing! She was so compassionate through my process and genuinely cared to do the best she could for me. The process was so much simpler than I've experienced in the past and I'd use her again without hesitation.

  They weren’t very knowledgeable about the home buying process. Tried to get a mortgage last year and other than my credit I was approved just fine. A year later and an almost perfect FICO score they still want to put me in an FHA loan and gave me inaccurate information. Got approved for a conventional loan at Prime Lending without a problem! I would not recommend Melissa Roy due to her lack of knowledge.
