  I just closed on a house using Nikki Hopkins with Atlantic Bay Mortgage. Nikki was professional, courteous, and thorough throughout. From the beginning, I felt that she had my back. When interest rates started to rise, Nikki proactively reached out to make sure that I would not be caught unawares. I'm convinced that her quick actions will save me tens of thousands over the life of the loan. I bought in the middle of a seller's market where cash is king. The seller's real estate agent commented that they were very happy I was going with Atlantic Bay Mortgage due to their reputation for being quick and professional. I would definitely recommend Nikki Hopkins and Atlantic Bay Mortgage.

  Nikki worked hard to quickly pre-qualify us when we stumbled upon a house we wanted to buy. She was clear in her communication and extremely accessible throughout the entire process. Her friendly and approachable attitude greatly reduced the inherent stress of applying for a loan.

  We worked with Laurie Elliott of Atlantic Bay and she was exceptional. She came highly recommended to us and that recommendation was very accurate. We had a complicated mortgage situation that needed to be refinanced in a very short amount of time. Having gotten a few mortgages, I didn't think it could be done. She did it even faster than she said she could. She was very professional, extremely knowledgeable, very on top of her game, and got us a better rate than we had. I know she worked on it after hours. She was easy to get a hold of on the phone, explained the process well and got all the ducks in a row and everything processed as smoothly as possible. She is fantastic and our experience with other Atlantic Bay employees at their corporate office was very positive too. Generally, I don't write reviews but it was such a positive experience at a very stressful time for us, her experience and professional service made it so much better than it could have been.
