Before Eric I had shopped around and received poor customer service and unclear answers about fees and rates. Eric's rates were lower than the other brokers and he got my refinance done in TEN days!   Eric Poulson is the BEST! I have had the pleasure of working with Eric on multiple deals over the past 20 years and he is simply THE BEST! When selecting a mortgage broker it is critical that you can trust their judgement, relationships, integrity, and recommendations and Eric is "5-Stars" on everything! Most recently I had a loan that I made the mistake of running through a different broker, and after 7 weeks of gut-wrenching work. may loan was declined. In desperation I contacted Eric at 8pm, and he walked through the entire ordeal with me for a couple hours, and assured me that he could and would get the deal done. AND HE WAS RIGHT! In only a little over 2 weeks I was cleared to close, and had a much better rate than I did with the other broker. Lesson Learned! I cannot say enough good things about Eric and would recommend him in a hear-beat to my closest friends on their their purchase or refinance. WOW!
